Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Nashville-Opryland

Very nice inside....poor scenery..we looked at a swamp...parking lot and gas station on other side and 4-lane highway out front...didn't have anywhere to sit outside and visit or just relax.

I was pleasantly surprised to learn that this hotel was located directly across the street from the Grand Ole Opry , and the Gaylord Hotel. A 2 minute uber ride (free when you first sign up) allowed me to take a backstage tour at The Grand Ole Opry and a 10 minute boat ride located inside the Gaylord hotel. The hotel also offered free shuttle service to the airport ( 15 minutes away ) and a 10 $ shuttle to downtown Nashville where all the major attractions are located . The price for the hotel was reasonable , breakfast was delicious and staff were wonderful. I would definitely recommend Holiday Inn Express at this location.

was 2 night stay nice hotel clean and ok breakfast...

When we first got to Nashville there were no rooms anywhere in town and we had stopped by to ask. The staff seemed like it was a huge inconvenience that I had walked in to ask. We went on to Gatlinburg and booked a room here for when we passed through again on our way home. After two nights stay when it was time to head on home we checked out as usual we stopped in the lobby to have breakfast. I needed to use the restroom before we ate. The lobby restroom was out of toilet paper. I told the staff at the front desk and she said "ok I guess I'll ask them again..." without much concern. I ate breakfast and checked two more times and never any toilet paper. The front desk was doing nothing as we exited the hotel and didn't say a word. I was prepared to tell them what I thought on the way out but I bit my tongue and kept on walking.

We were driving cross country and reached the end of our energy levels for the day. We needed a nice hotel in a safe area where we could rest comfortably and recharge for a few hours. Holiday Inn had an availability we were able to book while only a few miles away on the road, checked us in quickly and hospitably, and made check out a breeze too.

Great stay for the price and we love to stay in Nashville!

Right next to Gaylord Hotel with great live music options within short walk or less than 5 min drive.

This was a great hotel to stay at. The staff was more than helpful, everyone of them. The place was clean, conveniently located to our needs accessing the highway or just hanging out in that area. Opryland, Bass pro shops and musical entertainment were close by. Great stay, great employees.Did have a nice shuttle that would pick you up when you were ready to comeback at your leisure.

Nice clean hotel. 10 min walk to opryland. shuttle was convenient . staff was very helpful. Breakfast was very extensive and varied. Nice instant pancake machine. Room comfortable and quiet. More amenities that Gaylord and a lot less in cost. Walking across was actually pretty quick

Staff friendly, great shuttle service, comfort, excellent breakfast!

Enjoyed our 2-night stay very much. The hotel is in beautiful condition with everything we needed for a great family stay. Would be very appropriate for business travel also.

No complaints. Great room and nice staff. We were given wrong info re: cost of shuttle by person at desk however so verify w shuttle service directly recommended.

Everybody there made you feel like you just waked into your own home. Perfect location within walking distance from shops and great food places. I was visiting nashville for a convention at the competition hotel across the street and they provided free shuttle service to and from Opryland every half hour and even ran me back over there because I forgot my coat without hesitation. The free WiFi in the rooms allowed me to carry on business as usual from across the country. I would definatly recommend the Holiday Inn-Opryland to anybody visiting nashvillle, TN

clean room, nice indoor pool no problems at all will stay again

The rooms were clean, the staff friendly, the location was great. The location is centrally located with a number of attractions nearby. The only caveat is the breakfast buffet. I would recommend this hotel to a family.

We had a great experience at the hotel! Hotel was great, clean, nice bed and spacious room , breakfast had lots of choices, friendly staff and very helpful to setup shuttles to down town or other attractions. I recommend it and I would stay there again if we go back to Nashville.

Arrived in Nashville on a rainy September evening. Our hotel was perfectly located across the street from the Grand Ole Opry and the General Jackson Showboat. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean and well kept. Nashville is a great place to visit, with lots to do.

We spent a lot of time at the Grand Old Opry, the Jackson River boat, and the Gaylord, and the hotel was absolutely perfectly located for us, just down the road from all. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Beds were very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was good. Also, no parking charge.

Good experience overall. Selection at breakfast was a bit limited in the fresh fruit department with bananas being the only offering.

The staff were very warm and accomodating as soon as we entered the lobby. The desk clerk was very helpful in arranging a shuttle to the opry and back. Great hot breakfast every morning.
