Guy who checked us in was amazing! I wish I remembered his name because he was so pleasant and extremely helpful. Wish every hotel staff member were like him. Valet parking was full so we parked across the street it was still convenient and cheaper. Our room was clean, very spacious, and quiet. We did not wake up early enough for breakfast. Only thing that I can complain about is the litte store they have at the front desk. I bought 2 waters. I tried paying cash and the lady looked like she didn't want to be bothered and said she could only add it to my room. Well now I have a $51 charge I need to call them about to correct. Other than that it's a great hotel!

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms were awesome. Only downside is the wait on the elevator and the valet parking, but that can be overlooked due to the overall excellence of the hotel. Great stay! Looking forward to returning next year.

The breakfast is a full buffet. Def a time saver if you have children. You also get a free happy hr drink every night. The rooms were really clean, and the staff super friendly and helpful. Easy walk to broadway and restaurants . The only downside is that I wasn’t as close to the fireworks as I thought I was .
