The staff was kind and helpful and addressed our concerns. There was an unusual bug in our room that the guy at the front desk was unable to get and it went behind the bed. He moved us to a different room. This new room had a few ants which we killed.

Room was wonderfully comfortable & clean. Front desk clerk Christianna's welcoming smile was a mile wide. Breakfast was better than most hotels. Location could not have been better for my activities. Only downside was the lack of quality free-standing restaurants nearby. All in all, this will be my go-to place if I visit again.

A very warm welcome on check in. Room was clean as were the communal areas. Lifts were slow! Plenty of free onsite parking. Convenient for Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills. Walking distance to a few live music venues. Breakfast was adequate, but lacked variation and healthy options. Overall a good hotel in the Opryland area.
