This spectacular unit complex offers a pool, fitness center, community/social room, and library. The Pelican Bay Amenities include a Private club and restaurants, a fitness center, tennis, and trams to take you to the beach. This updated and the fresh 20th-floor unit has beautiful flooring, power shades in the living room and (2) bedrooms, wood plantation shutter in the other bedroom. The best of appliances, 4 extra large LED High Definition flat-screen TVs including a 75-inch TV in the living room and three additional 55-inch TV's in the bedrooms!
