We just checked in here after making the resevation while already standing in the parking lot. Had the choice between this hotel and their Springhill suites sister property at exactly the same rate. Chose Springhill as we were parked closer to that property and expected to get a decent room, paying a premium rate of $150 and being a gold member. But got stuck in a tiny room, what actually seems to be the tiniest room in the property according to the fire map. We should have probably walked across the lot to Springhill suites.

OK, Fairfield and all Marriott properties are always pretty solid. So many positives with the staff and cleanliness of hotel tops. My only complaint is Fairfield is letting their beds go to pot. Very hard. If they ever decide to put in a comfortable bed it will go to 5 star. All in all I recommend this hotel. PS. Great breakfast in the AM as well.

My husband and I spent 3 nights at the hotel prior to, during and after Hurricane Irma . Our home was in the path of the storm and decided that the hotel was a safer location for us to stay. The staff was exceptional, especially given the stress of the hurricane. I was truly grateful for their concern and professionalism before, during and after the storm. They all deserve a raise!

We stopped there last July for a night during our car tour around Florida. Needless to say, it was the best hotel we met on our way. Good service, big and comfortable beds, clean and tidy rooms and good breakfast with a lot of choice! I strongly recommend this hotel whether for a night or more!

The wife and I recently spent 4 days at this nice Marriott property while visiting with friends on Marco Island. Even though this hotel, located just off I-75, was a 20 minute or so drive to Marco, the room rate was so good it was worth the drive back and forth. The hotel itself seemed relatively new, and was undergoing some renovations during our stay to keep it up to date. The lobby and our room were clean and nice, and the staff very helpful when needed. We ate the complimentary breakfast twice during the stay and found it typical of most Fairfield Inns, certainly adequate. The second time we used the breakfast buffet, they were out of several items, but not the end of the world as there was plenty to eat and drink. For those looking for more filling breakfasts, there is a Cracker Barrel, Waffle House and Dunkin Donuts nearby. Overall, I would definitely recommend this Fairfield Inn and I'll keep it in mind for future trips to SW Florida.

I always enjoy Marriott hotels, and have stayed at various Fairfield Inns, you can't beat the hot breakfast, love the waffles and fresh fruit. This is our second stay at this location, rooms are always super clean, hotel is going through renovations on first floor it seems, but is all very tidy and didn't affect our stay at all. This is my hotel of preference when I visit family in Naples. Fairfield Inns and Marriott is always gracious to accommodate our family at no extra charge, thanks. Friendly staff and easy parking access.

We stayed for a night on our way to Orlando through Florida's west coast. Very clean hotel, near I-75, very convenient option for road travelers. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast offer, delicious coffee. We highly recommend it.

Nice location off I-75 just before you hit Alligator Alley. Quiet location and a nice facility. Staff is very helpful and breakfast has something for everyone. Suites are laid out very nice but near elevator on all floors. Back side of hotel on upper floor is the quietest locations.

This is a nice little hotel with a friendly, hard-working staff. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and everything looks new. The only drawback is the location. There's not much in the immediate area beyond the hotel, and it doesn't seem to have any attractions nearby. Perhaps the company is anticipating growth in the area. Perhaps it would be a good stop for someone coming off of Alligator Alley.

We stayed here one night on our way from the Florida Keys to Tampa. The rate was very reasonable, but more impressive was the value we received for that rate. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. There is a complete hot breakfast with a large variety of selections and good coffee. We will be back and will highly recommend.
