The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 4 guests.

This property has been partially updated as of February 2024. This 2-bedroom suite features some incredible upgrades that include: replacing the interior doors, new master queen size bed and nightstand, brand new furniture, decor, wine glasses and so much more.

This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other rentals at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! The guest bedroom is the first bedroom on the left and features 1 king-size bed and access to a private balcony with endless views of the Myrtle Beach skyline. This is a perfect place to catch views of some breathtaking sunsets. The master bedroom offers 1 queen bed and access to a full bathroom. So many of our guests have commented on the comfort that each of the beds provides. This bedroom also includes access to a private balcony! The guest bath is located just off from the guest bedroom.

The kitchen is absolutely incredible and features full-size, matching appliances, spacious cabinets, and granite countertops. The homeowners spared no expense! We provide all basic cookware, utensils, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to cook a full meal for the family. Unlike many rentals, this listing also features a full-size dishwasher as well as small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.

The living room is truly the most relaxing area of the entire apartment. Our guests will enjoy a sofa and accent chairs, flat-screen TV, and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. This apartment was beautifully decorated, and the fresh paint and modern decor are great touches that really make this rental one-of-a-kind!

​​​​​​​Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi.

The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go-karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access.
