1. room was not at all what was reserved and was told too bad this is what you get 2. air conditioning did not work 3. paid additional for parking and was locked out of garage at night. No notice anywhere that garage closes at a certain time. Had to park in the convention center lot which was empty and dark (no lighting) . Not safe to walk from car to hotel at all 4. hours of operation for coffee bar and restaurant are short. Only thing open late for food is the bar. 5. Stay somewhere (anywhere _ else . Certainly pay way too much for so little

If you book through a third party you are not guaranteed the room you request. The hotel was not accommodating they said oh well it’s not our problem you booked through them even though I booked my room over six months ago. I requested two double beds for four adults and was given a room with 1 king size bed and a twin rollout and told to make a pallet on the floor for the other person. Absolutely unacceptable.

Good location, the parking deck isn't super easy to access (ie, not attached), and I didn't receive proper info at checkin. I booked Club level for the breakfast and happy hour. I specifically asked about it, they didn't give me the proper info -- or the separate keycard required to access said Club. I was very frustrated, and therefore cannot recommend.

Everyone was extremely professional and receptive to all our needs.

We stayed here for 4 nights. It was a pleasure trip. We were able to walk down to the beach and had a great ocean view room on the 12th floor. The parking structure was a little challenging but it didn’t bother me enough to not stay here again when I visit. I am very picky- I check the room before we can start to enjoy it for cleanliness and bedbugs- this room was comfortable, clean and bug free.

The bed was soft, but uncomfortable. It sunk in, in the middle causing us to wake up with sore backs. And the walls are very thin you could hear the other occupants.

Staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience.

It was an ok hotel, but you have to pay for parking, restaurant was closed at 8 on a Saturday, deluxe room was no different than a regular room, except the view. I have stayed at cheaper places with better rooms and free breakfast, etc. I was disappointed with this hotel . If i go back i would pick a different place.

We arrived ahead of the remnants of Hurricane Irma. We booked through Orbitz. We booked a room on the concierge floor so we could have access to the business lounge during the day for work. Along with a quiet place for cocktails and food. We paid 50 more per night for this access. We arrived at night after a nine hour drive from Florida. The hotel was serving as an evacuation center for a nursing home from Savannah Georgia. 166 residents and 180 staff and families. We were told the business lounge was closed and would be until well after our departure. We were NOT offered a refund on the extra we had paid for that access. We were offered breakfast coupons. Not acceptable. Don't sell the room at that rate if you are lying about the services offered. We ended up working in our room everyday. While walking around the hotel we noticed not one, not two, but no less than two dozen roof leaks from the rain. We were told that the roof was 'being worked on', but we saw no evidence of it outside (scaffolding, cranes, trucks. Etc) We self parked our car on the garage at $8 an hour. No valet. Lots of individuals were hanging out in the garage bays. Our car was broken into and some minor items taken. We discovered this on the day we checked out and drove away. The waitstaff in both the breakfast area and bar were fantastic especially Emil and bartenders!! Overall, the waitstaff work hard but the Sheraton continues to disappoint with poor customer service.

Loved the area and the people working there! Wish the pool was different but it's close enough to the beach where it doesn't matter!

This hotel is not on the beach as Orbits advertises it to be. It is in a nice location and the property is well maintained.we may have hit the cleaning staff on their worst day because we never got our room cleaned. This is truly not typical of this hotel so I'm willing to give them a pass on this stay.

Great location and value! Clean hotel and th wonderful amenities.

Nice location, staff was great, room was comfortable and clean.

Excellent Hotel at very convenient place. Nice staff..

This was a great place to stay, the staff were very friendly, rooms were clean, walking distance to the beach, and many places to go around the hotel.

Check in slow since computer system down, room has paper thin wall and we could hear everything loud outside door and even next door. Staff is very friend though.

Disappointing, especially breakfast quality and service, as well as overall lack of cleanliness.

It shows you closer to the beach, I was told I could have a 4 pm check out never told it would cost me $45 more. Pool was disappointing. My floors were wet and fans were in the room to dry them, but at 1am checkin I wanted to sleep after driving from Michigan to take my daughter to CCU.

THE TRIP WAS GREAT! WE WERE PLEASED TO STAY AT SUCH A BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN ROOM! THERE WERE SO MANY THINGS TO DO AND A GREAT STAFF TO HELP WITH ANY QUESTIONS!!!!

MY TRIP WAS AWESOME. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THAT HOTEL TO FRIENDS. IT WAS 2 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE BEACH AND WE HAD A WONDERFUL VIEW OF THE OCEAN.

Hello. Thank you for sharing your feedback. Unfortunately, when booking through 3rd party companies the reservation automatically goes into whichever bed type is available at the time the reservation is made. Please call hotels directly to make sure the room you are needing is available. We do hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future so that we might have the opportunity to exceed your expectations. Thank you again.
