We loved it, we are planning to go back

This was the worst resort that we ever stayed at. The staff are rude, the property is dirty and smells terrible. Check in was a nightmare. Bugs everywhere. We were checking in at 6pm and manager told us our unit wasn't cleaned and unavailable. After moving us around for three days, we finally got into decent unit. The fridge was leaking, broken toilet, phones were not working. We witnessed four different domestic violent arguments on the property and none of the employees were taking any of those situations serious. There was domestic violent argument above our room, the lady was screaming and crying for over an hour. It took me four different times to call the front desk to get them to send security upstairs. I threatened to call police. Please don't waste your money on this resort. It was a nightmare.

Nice place to stay

We found huge cucaraches in our suite. When we went to tell reception they ignored us and seemed annoyed with our request of getting a new room. The hotel was not full they did have room available but we were ignored. the place was not cleaned at all

We stayed in the villa 2. I liked how close it was to the beach and that we had our own pool. The kids had fun at the water park. But our rooms were dirty. First night we discovered sand between the sheets. The floors were dirty. The bottom of our feet’s were black from walking around the rooms.

The only thing I like about this property was the indoor pool and the water park for the kids. Tower 1 was horrible, the room was not clean and no one came to clean our room we had to call the fro t desk. I ask for ocean front and we got ocean view. I was very disappointed and will never book at this hotel again.

I like the water park, very pleasing for a family with young kids. I did not like having paid all that money for a room that wasn’t ocean front, to expensive!

What I didn't like about the property they were privately owned sublease through the dunes there are several things at the property that didn't work who spoke to property staff they said we had to contact the condo owners to get the problems resolved

Bathroom - the sink and tub would not stop dripping. We only had one day of clean towels

Besides the paint peeling the property was great. The size was perfect. Staff was great and the location was perfect.

It was great! It was our first time there and we defiantly will return!

We had a condo in Tower 2. We checked in on Tuesday and left Saturday morning. There are residents who reside in the tower, and many units were quiet until Friday. We were there mid-June. Weather was perfect, and it wasn't very crowded at the property or the beach/pools. This was our first beach vacation- family of 4. Our unit was clean, stocked with essential items: furniture, ocean balcony with furniture, 2 HD TVs, coffee pot, cooking items- including dishes, I don't think the toaster worked, but we made do. Several of the lights, alarm clocks weren't plugged in, there may have been 2 outlets that didn't work-- but it wasn't a biggie--- until kids wanted to power up. Unit had AC that worked perfectly- we never touched it. It had 2 full beds and a murphy pull out full size bed.We had wanted queen beds (we are over 6 ft tall and need the room); however, with the 3rd bed we all slept fine. The beds and bedding were comfortable. One bed in the bedroom had some sort of plastic cover that was very loud when getting up or down.A rowdy neighbor showed up at 3am Friday morning and woke everyone; lacked courtesy for others. That evening they continued, with a child screaming and running/laughing through their unit for over an hour. Called the desk-- desk was responsive. Housekeeping did good with all the sand in and out. Lazy river/pools were wonderful. A block to the ocean/walk. Take your own folding chairs to the beach, save $40 to rent. Highly recommend for family value.

What I liked? Access to the beach and the water park. What I didn’t like? Communication from staff, there were cigarette wholes in bed sheets. There were German Roaches that we’re in the kitchen are and bathroom. No one seemed to care or do anything. No solution made, like putting us up in another room. Exterminator never showed up... I would have left but we apparently overpaid and it was our anniversary/vacation. Reviews on this are very deceiving.
