Very old property. Very noisy in the midnight.

Pleasant area to walk and food close by. Staff extremely nice. Front door needs work does not lock securely.

My favorite thing about this property is the kind staff and service, and the super close proximity to the 11th Ave Beach. The room itself is very basic, however very clean, it is just what we needed for a few days at the beach - no complaints! Thank you to the sweet front desk staff for their accommodating us for our needs. I would definitely re-book this place!

The hotel was nasty. We couldn’t get anything, no towels, toilet paper, clean sheets. The poool wasn’t opened at all when they said it was. The people were nasty to everyone. No house keeping. The rooms had mold.

Clean property located right across from beach with reasonable prices

HORRIBLE! We booked in Jan 2021 for our Aug 2021 week long vacation and drove 5 hours from home to get there and be told we no longer had any reservations because the property had been bought out on July 2nd, 2021. We never received any notification of this AND I called on Sunday before we drove down on Saturday and CONFIRMED our reservations. They told us they could accommodate our stay for DOUBLE (almost triple) the price we booked for. The staff was very rude and in no way tried to work with us, they just kept saying there was nothing they could do that we would have to pay the new price or find somewhere else to stay. The worst part about it is I had 2 small children with me who were basically in a car the ENTIRE day. This is now the Quill Inn and I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!! At least orbitz made it right and got us a better hotel for the same booking price we originally had.

This hotel is very outdated. Carpet was ripped with staples sticking up to step on. Trash was all over the balcony and on the ground all in front of the hotel. Giant water bugs were present outside, with one smashed on the inside wall of the room that the cleaning staff didn't even clean off the wall. The only two things good about this hotel was it had a pool and it was cheap. You get what you pay for!

Old hotel that needs some updates but the room was comfortable. Lots of outside noise from the road but that’s what you get on the beach.

Room was clean but ac did not cool whole room. Breakfast was not great, and staff was not very good about trying to please the guest. I wouldn't come back

This was my worst experience the hotel had mold on the ceiling the bathroom was dirty the bathtub was dirty didn't get the room I payed for I was very disappointed I will never stay there again

Overpriced, even for the location. Hotel needs a makeover, then it would be worth the $125 price per night.

When we were ready to leave on Saturday 9/24/2011, the lobby was to have breakfast at 6am the doors were locked and the person said that he need ten more mintues. We waited and he was still not ready. We had to leave because we had a long drive back to home. He told us to leave our key card in the window. I would like a recipt for my stay in the mail. I had room 402 and my daughter had room 404.

I had a good time at the beach with my family. The rooms were outdated and had a funny smell.

i booked the quality ,based on privious stays with the chain...this hotel should not be part of the quality chain...

The staff were very freindly, and the deluxe contentinal breakfast was great. the price was right.the only thing was traveling with a one year old child, the balcony railngs were spaced a little far apart, making me scared to allow my child out there at all.
