Nothing did even get a room
I loved the indoor pool and hottub. It was clean and relaxing. I did not get a receipt for my stay. I have never stayed at a property and not received a receipt. I thought that was strange. I thought maybe they would email me one. I havent received one yet. They said i was fine when i turned in the key cards. I had a wonderful stay the staff was great! We did have to take our towels to the desk and get clean towels. I was told because of covid they didnt clean our room or bring us towels. We still had a wonderful time. I loved the property and its staff!

On Sunday morning one of the housekeepers came to our room and said that we were supposed to check on Sunday when I made the reservation through Monday. I let him know and also asked for extra towels. He said he would let the front desk know. Then about 10 minutes later when I was in the shower they came back up and said that I needed to go downstairs and talk to the front desk. As I was getting ready to go downstairs a manager was at tbe door and also said that they had me checking out on Sunday. I showed him my reservation confirmation through Orbitz and he then said he would take care of it. But I felt like he was very rude. Then when we asked for extra towels they said that we had to bring the ones down to exchange them due to COVID. I don't understand that when housekeeping has to come in and clean the room anyway. I felt like we were harassed a lot that day. Overall we did not have a very good experience and I will not be staying there again.
I was skeptical about booking here because of the bad reviews I read. But I'm glad I went through with it. This place is great for the price, the location, the size of the rooms, and the convince of taking your dog with you. I was very pleased with the conditions of the facility. The pool area was clean, the hot tubs were nice. The view is amazing, and the rooms were standard like in other hotels. They even had a Murphy bed and a sofa bed! So the kids stayed in the living room and my husband and I had a little more privacy. Other than not being told that there was no room cleaning at all on our 6 night stay and one of the receptionist being a little rude, I would definitely go here again. No other complaints at all. I was very happy with my stay.

The room was great, clean, the staff was friendly, helpful, cheerful, and was glad to accommodate any questions. 9th floor was quiet, TV's were great, oven and fridge were great ! After 5 days, I was reluctant to leave ! And the pools were also great !
The hotel was accommodating and nice! It was in walking distance to a bunch of things. It was loud at times but wasn’t to bad.
I liked the motel, people running the motel, a great place to take your pet. usually clean,and comfortable, but with the covid no maid where the dogs went to potty people did not clean up after their dogs maybe when covid is over they will take better care of their customers.
The property is worn. It needs updated. There are weeds growing around the hot tub area. I noticed the dryer was out of service along with a vending machine. The public restroom by the pool needed cleaned badly.
We checked in on Sunday, our room was extremely dirty. The front desk was unresponsive and seemed not to care. Local news reported shootings 2 hotels down, needless to say we left. The front desk said there were no charges incurred but a refund had to be acquired from Orbitz. Orbitz issued a refund minus 1 nights stay and a $50 early check out fee. When we got home I found the hotel charged my credit card $265.00. Shady business. There are too many other hotels in Myrtle beach to take your chances staying at this one!
The room is very clean , and the view was awesome wow.Also I was kind of little frustrated about the dvd play when push remote buttons it didn’t play the room was 820 another then that it was great.
Location and view was excellent . Room was clean but had an odor from a male cat spraying . Didn’t like pet friendly rooms .
The front desk people was horrible, rude and they gave me a bad impression, probably should have cancelled my stay!!
Room was older and not as clean as before needs upgrading Thought only small dogs saw a lot of large dogs
Pet friendly! Nice indoor pool, but it should be heated! Nice indoor whirlpool & outdoor hot tub! Excellent groomer for the dog & doggie daycare! Excellent location on the grand strand!
10 second walk to the ocean. Very nice out door set up. The only issue was towels. They must need to restock or wash more. I will just bring my own next time. Would stay again but the elevator does scare me .. one with a wooden floor... no thanks
