The staff extremely pleasant the pool and restaurants delicious close to the beach. Would have liked the floor in living area to have felt cleaner. Seemed sticky. Had excellent visit.

Not only did the room smell, their was black mold in the shower! Out of the 16 floors they put us on the floor where they were doing renovations down the hall from our room. When i booked the hotel online it never said the kiddie pool was closed for the off season or it was doing renovations!

Stayed in a 3 bedroom oceanfront..it was comfortable..well equipped..great amenities.

Nice stay ,room clean, nice pools. Enjoyed and would return.

Had a blast at the indoor pools and lazy river with my kids. Close drive to eateries. Beautiful outdoor pool. Right on the beach!

We booked an oceanfront room for our two nite stay; the room was clean & the beds were also clean & comfy. The kitchenette is very small & had no plates or utensils, but it worked OK for us. The bathroom is nice with a shower/tub combo. I loved the private balcony overlooking the ocean, & free Wifi worked well. There were several things about the resort itself that I REALLY liked- it was cold out, but the indoor pool area made for an EXCELLENT water activity. The pool was huge & very clean; there's three Jacuzzi tubs, plus a lazy river, & two kiddie rainfalls for the kids to run thru. There's a nice sauna room, too. At the far end is giant game pieces, checkers & chess. Another feature is the parking. There's a multi-level garage so you can drive right up to the floor you're staying on. The Starbuck's in the lobby is a welcoming site when you first arrive. They also have a game room, but we didn't have enough time to check it out. But we had a wonderful stay, & plan to stay there again very soon!

It wasn't bad at all just didn't like the first floor unit.

I have to go from floor to floor trying find a diet Pepsi or diet coke. It is time consuming and exhausting. I wish you could sell drinks at the check in area so you can go to one place and get what you want.

I have stayed at Long Bay Resort many times and have always enjoyed the stay very much. The office staff have been very helpful in giving information about places we would like to visit and also Eating places. The room are always clean and neat. Thanks for the GREAT Attention we received for our stay there.

When arrived nice building on outside but inside needs updating it took me 3 rooms to get what I paid for and that still wasn't worth it. The rooms are not quiet u hear doors closing cars racing on the covered parking deck where your room faces towards also the room I had saw to bugs crawling on the floor kinda freaked me out I tell u if could have cancelled this place for what I paid I been better of at motel 8 red roof in or days inn for a resort not a resort if u want a quite relaxing get away don't book here

As a hotel snob, I'm always a little worried about non-brand name hotels. A little nervous going in, my fears were quickly put aside by the very nice room (a 3-bedroom condo). We had multiple issues with a tv in one of the bedrooms, but an employee named Jesse was wonderful in helping us get things straightened around. The only issues were experienced, and they were minor, was that we found a bottle of nail polish and some hair ties behind a dresser and the Savoy, which sits in front of the hotel, gets in the way quite a bit of what otherwise would have been a spectacular view.

The hotel was decent for the price, great location on the beach and nice outdoor pool facilities. Rooms are old and clearly haven't been remodeled in a long time. Bathroom cleanliness was definitely lacking. There are two cafes on site and you get free mini golf and dvd rentals included.

My sister and I were there to watch my grand daughter in a chorus competition. The room was nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable. There was a weird odor but housekeeping were fantastic in providing us with spray after they did the room while we were out. We left the door to the deck open and that did wonders. Location and amenities were exceptional.

The hotel staff was mostly helpful, and the pools were great. The location to the beach was incredible. Loved the lazy river and the kiddie pools. Discounts tickets were available for purchace at the front desk which was convenient and saved a bit of time and money. Housekeeping was left a lot to be desired and we did have a few issues with the room, but maintence came up and resolved most of the issues. Short 2 minute walk from our hotel room to the beach was great for frequent return trips to the room. Really enjoyed my time at Long Bay Resort and our trip to SC.

The first day we get in our room the carpet was soaking wet. Told management the didn't move us until the last night. They gave us a fan to dry the floor and do you think they asked us the next day if the carpet was dry. We could even enjoy the room and shower was not clean. Really disappointed...
