Very clean and extremely pet friendly. The staff was very nice

The property was under construction, Orbitz didn’t bother to find out. Orbitz would not offer any credits and overcharged me as compared to what the hotel charged if I din’t use Orbitz. If you want an enjoyable stay and a company that takes responsibility for their mistakes do not book with Orbitz. This was the worst experience I have ever had

I liked the complimentary coffee and the easy access to your room. What didn’t like was not enough parking.

Location was PERFECT. and the layout of the room was super nice

The check in staff was friendly. The room was nice but the floors look like they were never clean. The bedroom area had paper and food still on the floor and is big enough to be seen. The bathroom area had hair on the floor and in the sink. The location was great!!! It’s near the beach and by all the attractions. If they do a better job with cleaning, we’d probably stay again.

IThe room was very clean. The staff very friendly. Very close to the function we were to attend. The breakfast included cold and hot cereals. Pancakes you could make yourself. Bake goods, fresh fruits. Hot & cold drinks. We will certainly stay there again if we need to stay in the area.

At check in we had booked a king room and were told the only availability was a doubke bed. Very big difference but no other options provided. Later that eveing about 11pm we went to plug in the lamp beside the bed, sparks flew out the cord and there was a loud bang and all the power went out. Called the front desk and they had no idea how to find the breaker box to restore the power. It was out for several minutes in the pitch black. Informed the manager when we checked out in the morning and all ahe did was put in a work order to fix. No offer to extend our stay or any incentive to come back.

Perfect location had easy access to many restaurant, beach and entertainment

Hotel was old, elevator had wall panels missing. When you stepped off on the 4th floor it looked like vomit stains on the carpet and smelled disgusting. The bathroom was outdated and had a cheap bifold closet door instead of an actual latching door with a knob. The pillow cases had a hint of smoke and there was a possibility of bed bugs. The a/c also was sub par.

There may be better hotels around the area. I was not impressed during our stay in La Quinta Inn, Myrtle Beach, Broadway Area.
