I will never book with captain quarters again. They only allow one vehicle per room and also had to pay for parking. Will continue staying at oceans one. This place was are last resort cause oceans one was booked
I like the indoor pools and the bowling alley. I didn’t like the operating hours for the bowling alley

Kids friendy...i just dont like the room settings its by the parking lot! Staff is very friendly. Everthing about and i will def recommend it and coming back.

Our room did not have a tv remote, the telephone did not work, and they never can in to clean or give clean towels the three days that we were there. I went to guest services three times the first day to complain about the remote and phone. Their only response was that we will put in a ticket for it. Our last day we checked out of our room and into another hoping to get a better one and room was not ready by 4pm like they said it would be. Not happy at all!
The hotel just felt so unclean to me! The halls and elevator were super sketchy!

I liked that the inital visit was clean. Had to pay over 20 dollars for parking at my own hotel. Waited literally 3 hours for new towels. The room was pretty nice. Had an ocean view. Didnt like the hotel room was connected to parking garage. The elevators also sucked. Took 10 minutes just to get to the 2nd level.
The hotel appears to be in GREAT shape! It's not a horrible hotel, but there are many things that need to be upgraded. We checked in on Feb. 7 and the line at the front desk was so long. They only had 3 people working the front desk, while the supervisors were in the back. Once we parked the car, there were no signs saying elevators. We had to ask another guest, where are the elevator were, the elevators were super super slow. Once we got to our room 642 the room door was open, so my fiance checked the room before we entered. The overall room was OK, just minor things not properly taken care of like the dirty head board, the toilet appeared to be clean but had dust and build up all around it. The staff was very patient and friendly. I would stay again, but it would defiantly be in a warmer month.

Thank you for your feedback. We only allow 1 parking pass per room as that is the allotted space that we have available. We do not include parking in the price of the room as some guest fly in and do not have a vehicle since we are so close to the airport. We appreciate you giving our property a try.
