Can't access floors from inside lobby elevator was not working. Had to pay extra for parking. The hotel was super dingy. The elevator floors were soft. Water pressure sucked the shower door frame was left and curtain hung instead. Bed not comfortable. Visible water damage in room. Pools didn't look very clean. Had to entire hotel through parking garage even on foot. Half the parking garage was used to store stuff. Looks like maybe reno getting ready to be started. But why pay for parking when it's built into the building and had to be used to entire rooms dumb. Had good access to beach however.

There is a lot of construction going on. Website says there is breakfast but there was not. I booked a partial view was but the palm trees block view. Pools were perfect. Room was clean. About a 15 mins walk to Kingdom park.

The check in process was horrible. Waited in line for an hour at the bar next door due to construction at the hotel. Then was given a key to a room that was already in use and was not ocean front like I paid for. I had to return to the front desk after talking to the manager Bradley! He was very helpful and made sure I was given ocean front and the correct room. He did accompany me to the new room to make sure everything was corrected. Bradley made my stay better.

The check in is confusing to say the least. The inside looks like a ghetto apartment building or something. People hanging out yelling and screaming in the hallways at night. The room was clean though. We did have an oceanfront room but it was a little further away than i thought. The pool doesn't seem to be filtering well. A snack machine would've been nice. My last complaint is the bathroom shower was extremely close to the toilet even my 5 year old had trouble getting in and she's very small.

1st room door was cracked open on arrival. Deadbolt lock not working in this room. Room phone not working. Hotel Maintenance in process not know when booking room. View of equipment when entering and exiting the room. View of a parking lot with barely a view of the ocean.

The pool was nice. The property is being remodeled so check-in was across the street and accessing the building was somewhat complicated. There is 24 hour security in the parking garage which was nice. We had a decent view of the ocean. We were told our room would be cleaned on day 2 of our 4 day stay, but that didn't happen. The beds and pillows were mediocre at best. We went and got additional coffee from the makeshift lobby. Overall, it was ok, but I would wait until it is completed prior to staying there again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. While the pool area was okay and usable, the rest of the stay did not meet expectations. The room was not clean upon arrival, and some of the sheets had noticeable stains, which was very concerning. The bathtub also had drainage issues, with water not draining properly during use. Additionally, there was a strong smell of weed throughout the hotel, which made the environment uncomfortable. Overall, I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and overall atmosphere.
