Had a wonderful time at the beach. Nice to have a parking garage right on the resort. Didn't have to drive many places. Close to everything.

Very noisy staff would not do anything about it or take control would not recommend this hotel..

The hotel staffs was all very friendly but when it comes to the hotel being cleanliness, this was horrible. The rugs, curtains, bedding, and the chairs has some stains. There was an odor in the room and when we had called housekeeping they handed us a bottle to spray our own room which did not help. The manager (Steve) which was excellent help us along with Orbitz find a decent room. We felt some what better and was able to enjoy our vacation from that point on.

Arrived finding our room was at kiddy pool and pool area with loud music playing (music played until ten that evening). Phoned front desk ask to be moved to an upper floor and was told they were fully booked. Later we found out from another employee that the hotel was only a third booked. Unhappy we were not able to open our room to the ocean breeze or sit on our balcony with any peace. Not a restful getaway as planned!!!

The amenities listed online are not accurate. Such as daily housekeeping. The room wasn't cleaned the 3 nights we stayed. When we called about it on the 2nd night, they advised they only cleaned every few days. The trash needed dumping, we needed clean towels. A lady dropped off towels and trash bags, she didn't even come in and dump them and take the old towels. The "heated pools" are NOT heated. Only the jacuzzi was heated. When we inquired about that, she said they weren't aware the heat wasn't on. However the 2nd and 3rd day there, the indoor pools were freezing. And the awfully loud music they had playing from the time you woke up til late at night. There was no peace on the balcony or anywhere because of the loud music. It was horrible.

The suite was great for a family of 6 It's an older building but great for kids

I stayed at Captain's Quarters for 4 nights and had a great time! The pros: Great for children, bed was very comfortable, rooms were spacious and clean (other then the rugs), bowling alley was big (pizza was great),breakfast was amazing, very close to the beach, pool was amazing, always something fun to do at poolside, fireworks Wednesday night, staff was very friendly. The cons: restaurant on 9th floor was closed, parking was tough, on a few occasions the air conditioner smelled like vinager, very crowded, no room service food. I cant really complain-will definitely be going back next year!!!

We got the ocean front room, beautiful view!! The kids n us had a great time

Husband and I went to Myrtle for long weekend, met up with other family members who were camping nearby. Hotel was in a convenient location (walking distance to restaurants, boardwalk, shops, amusement park, short drive to Broadway at the Beach). Great having kitchen to prepare quick breakfasts or lunch. Enjoyed sitting on balcony with ocean views. Had ample secured parking.

Great oceanfront wigh kitchenette kids friendly! There is a $30 resort fee on each night

The hotel was very crowded and could have been cleaner, however... We had a blast! Perfect place for kids

Room is up to date and clean. Kitchette has full size appliances excellent for saving money on meals. Pools good size. Bowling alley nice plus. Staff friendly and helpful. Only bad thing was arcade games are way too expensive and bowling alley had 6 of 20 lanes not working so created a wait during evening hours. Also do not eat at the breakfast restaurant. It was like paying for a free breakfast at other hotels. But overall this is a great place to stay during off season!

We had stayed at this motel about 20 years ago and decided to try it again since it had been remodeled I think they missed our room during the renovation. The beds were awful and the carpet was worn out and frayed. The carpet looked so bad you did not dare put your bare feet on it. The drain was off of the A/C unit so it drained onto the balcony and the outdoor carpet there stayed wet all the time. We were so discussed that we left a day early. We will NEVER go Back and do not recommend it to anyone. The staff was very polite and helpful but they could not make up for the short comings of the Motel.

Great location with a reasonable off season price. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were on par with other reasonably priced hotels in the area. The pools and on site activities were great for small children. Our 17 month old son loved the pools and the close proximity to the beach. Many other activities are very close most within walking distance.

I had to scramble last minute to find a room in MB that was affordable, on the beach and preferAbly with kitchen. I got it! Although I don't have little kids this place def is great for families as there is plenty to follow. Beside the pirate themed pool, lazy river, there was the du, Salty the shark , games glow party, etc to keep kids interested. Room was clean although they didn't clean it but emptied waste basket and replaced towels. Front desk was very pleasant and helpful.

Very nice motel. Most staff were nice except night manager. He was very rude. Would recommend if you make sure you dont forget to pay any small ($14) fees as they will lock you out of your room even if you have already paid them over $600 .

Excellent location! Love the hammocks! Weather was great and the staff were friendly!

I requested a room for 5 guest. And they got me a room for 2 guest.

Bad hotel and dirty I would not recommend or stay there again. The rooms were outdated and not even close to the picture in the website

Great time at this hotel - clean rooms - great staff - great entertainment- all amenities are wonderful! We had a wonderful time - will be back next year!!
