Great ocean front. Extra Small bathroom. Room was clean.

Our room did not have a tv remote, the telephone did not work, and they never can in to clean or give clean towels the three days that we were there. I went to guest services three times the first day to complain about the remote and phone. Their only response was that we will put in a ticket for it. Our last day we checked out of our room and into another hoping to get a better one and room was not ready by 4pm like they said it would be. Not happy at all!

The hotel just felt so unclean to me! The halls and elevator were super sketchy!

Good location. Poor remodel, poor cleanness of property.

I liked that the inital visit was clean. Had to pay over 20 dollars for parking at my own hotel. Waited literally 3 hours for new towels. The room was pretty nice. Had an ocean view. Didnt like the hotel room was connected to parking garage. The elevators also sucked. Took 10 minutes just to get to the 2nd level.

The hotel appears to be in GREAT shape! It's not a horrible hotel, but there are many things that need to be upgraded. We checked in on Feb. 7 and the line at the front desk was so long. They only had 3 people working the front desk, while the supervisors were in the back. Once we parked the car, there were no signs saying elevators. We had to ask another guest, where are the elevator were, the elevators were super super slow. Once we got to our room 642 the room door was open, so my fiance checked the room before we entered. The overall room was OK, just minor things not properly taken care of like the dirty head board, the toilet appeared to be clean but had dust and build up all around it. The staff was very patient and friendly. I would stay again, but it would defiantly be in a warmer month.

Curtains were torn and could not keep out the sun. You could smell marijuana in the air. Hotel needed to be refurbished.

Great hotel. Love the fact you dont have to leave the hotel for entertainment. Bowling alley/arcade/bar/restaurant in the hotel already. Something for adults to do, something for kids to do.

Was not as I saw online. Was not pleased at all.....

Are stay there was excellent rooms were nice and pools are cleaned and vacuumed everyday..

Paid for "ocean- view ", parking lot and next door pool not hardly an ocean view. Broken nail trying to open sliding door. Commode stopped up. Unruly neighbors, management could care less. Additional fees, sad

I really enjoy this Hotel because of the staff and the bowling. I didn't enjoy the fact that the music they play at the out door woke me up at 7:30am my idea was to sleep in, the floor had no carpet so it was really cold even with socks on and their was hair under the covers that didn't belong to me and in the bathroom on the floor. I would definitely stay here again though.

All the staff members that we encountered were very cordial and helpful. We enjoyed the oceanfront view. The bowling alley was a pleasant surprise. Go early for breakfast. There was a big crowd waiting to get in after we finished eating. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We didn't have a problem finding a parking space. Our visit was from Sunday through Wednesday, so it was not hectic at all.

Had a wonderful time at the beach. Nice to have a parking garage right on the resort. Didn't have to drive many places. Close to everything.

Very noisy staff would not do anything about it or take control would not recommend this hotel..

The hotel staffs was all very friendly but when it comes to the hotel being cleanliness, this was horrible. The rugs, curtains,bedding, and the chairs has some stains. There was an odor in the room and when we had called housekeeping they handed us a bottle to spray our own room which did not help. The manager (Steve) which was excellent help us along with Orbitz find a decent room. We felt some what better and was able to enjoy our vacation from that point on.

Arrived finding our room was at kiddy pool and pool area with loud music playing (music played until ten that evening). Phoned front desk ask to be moved to an upper floor and was told they were fully booked. Later we found out from another employee that the hotel was only a third booked. Unhappy we were not able to open our room to the ocean breeze or sit on our balcony with any peace. Not a restful getaway as planned!!!
