As part of your reservation, you’ll enjoy access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's activities are available each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, and pool games! Snowbird activities are available each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, and Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets!

Things to Know
The spa / hot tub are undergoing a replacement project to install a brand-new 10-seat spa/hot-tub. In order for this upgrade to be completed on time, the spa/hot-tub area will be closed and unavailable for usage until the beginning of 2025. Guests are encouraged to use Bluegreen Resort’s spa/hot-tub free of charge during this upgrade.**** Bluegreen Resort (Carolina Grand) is located across the street.

Nice View. Strong Smell

When you enter, you get hit with an overpowering smell of cleaning fluid. The view is nice. Nothing special amenities. Check-in is a bit rough. You need to listen carefully to parking and condo location instructions. I had to go back twice for clarifications, and I wasn't the only one.

Nice views but…

Condo has great view of the beach and the resort was comfortable and clean. Parking across the street was good and free breakfast was okay. Room generally clean and here’s the but - I was eaten alive by bed bugs. Itched a bit on Saturday night and it woke me a few times but by Sunday I had bites all over arms and legs. Red and swollen and massive itching. Lasted 4 days despite hydrocortisone cream. Nice condo and view but won’t sleep in that bed again
