The room was still dirty upon check in. Dirt was on both bed spreads, dirt in the floor(not sand), the refrigerator was dirty on the inside, the sink in the kitchen was dirty, the mirror in the bedroom was dirty, the shower still had sand in it along with mold, the wall beside the commode had hair on it, and I’m sure I’m forgetting other things. The balcony door didn’t shut all the way. When I text the hotline number and expressed these concerns they said they were going to inform the cleaning staff and someone would be by to evaluate the room. No one came by the entire duration of our stay. I’m overall very disappointed with how this was handled, or actually the lack of. I definitely will not stay at Camelot ever again and I don’t think I will book through Vacasa again if this is how they handle situations.
