Terrific room - fine breakfast
The property was fine, however the thoroughness of the cleaning was poor. The room appeared fine, but when I opened the fridge to put in some bottled water, I found it was full of old take-out food, and open drinks, etc. It was really disgusting. If they don't even open or clean out the fridge, it makes you wonder what other aspects of the cleaning did not happen.
Friendly, polite staff, clean facility, nice linens& towels. Enjoyed the indoor pool which was clean. Breakfast was very good each day.
After being completely stranded at Chicago airport and barely making it out after a $75 uber ride to go 6 miles to the property, I was quite disappointed with how long check out took when it was 11pm and my room was waaaaay at the end of a hallway that seemed to go on forever. In the morning when I had to leave at 5am, I asked the front desk if they had a breakfast bar or something since I barely ate and had about 8 hours of sleep over 2 days due to travel issues. The guy just replied no. There was coffee... this place could be way more customer oriented by at least offering something for people who have been stranded and have flights at the butt crack of dawn. The Hilton brand is really the pits. Spend your $175 a night somewhere else if you can!
It was pet friendly and clean and comfortable with parking underneath.
Nice, clean and modern hotel. Google/Apple directions to the hotel are not accurate. If driving there, the hotel is located on the west side of Costco.
When we checked into the room there was a used tea bag in the sink, GROSS !!!! BUT it was nice to have more choice for our breakfast items !!!!!
Great location, lots of stuff close by. Check in was super smooth and the front desk employee was super pleasant.
water leakage on the bathroom floor, long hairs in the bathroom. Wrinkle tissue stuffed in the tissue box.
It was great, so convenient! Close to shopping and restaurants!
