Right where we needed to be. Had what was needed for the 1 night stay.
Great experience
Excellent accommodations for us.
it's location
Room door closer too strong. Difficult to open
m a continuous traveler every 3 months throughout America, and Europe I have never had an experience like this in my life. I required the hotel to recover from a leg surgery and we arrived at 1:30 pm and the front desk person was the worst hotel manager. She told me we don't have clean rooms, wait and come back in 20 minutes, then I came back and she said we don't have rooms that you reserved, even though she knew that I had undergone surgery, so I told her which ones do you have? I pay you the difference and she said I don't have any, wait! and wait until 3pm. The next day the fire alarm went off and I was still sleeping and I had a bad leg, and we ran out and they just said, it's not an emergency and that was a terrible sound. And finally, they didn't have hot water to take a bath, they said they were working on the plumbing. And when I left I told her this service was horrible and her attitude was like I don't even care and she gave me my receipt as if to say I don't care if she didn't like the service
The chair inside room 227 was all torn! It’s unacceptable and insulting to the customer. The hotel has to do periodic inspections of the facility and maintain and replace items as necessary.
No water on site to drink, all 3 vending machines broken the entire 7 days i was there. I was told to go to a grocery store to get water. The juice machine at breakfast broken every day. Outside, in the walkway right in front of the door, garbage dumped on ground, ketchup packets stepped on splattered everywhere and broken glass. No one bothered to clean it up for days. For what they charge, i will be at the hotel next door
Our toilet didn't flush and half the lights in our room did not work.
The room was cold when I arrived. The AC was on. The TV is small and had a dark picture. Lastly, there was only tepid water for the shower. Not even close to hot. Miserable! Never again!
Easy check in and great room! Clean and comfortable to arrive to after a hard day at work.
This hotel is a great location, the room was very clean, the bed was super comfy and my husband loved the biscuits and gravy at breakfast. We slept great - definitely would recommend!
A great spot to stay! Very clean and comfortable. Loved the fresh baked cookies on checkin!!
Everything was great. The place nice and clean. I had an issue with having to change dates more than once and the hotel staff was great about helping me out with my booking
Requested room on west side of hotel to avoid train noise more evident on east side. Staff obliged! Any request was considered and allowed if possible.
Not a very good experience would not recommend this hotel fridge in the room was very noisy and could not sleep and low water pressure in the shower
Right where we needed to be. Had what was needed for the 1 night stay.

I wanted to reach out and apologize for your experience you had at our Hotel. We do try our best to get any early check ins checked in if we have the rooms available. It happened that day that we did not have your room type ready before 3pm. The alarm was unforeseen reaction to our water heaters being work on. I do hope that the next time you are in town you give our hotel another chance. Thank you for your time - Management
