This is a wonderful and very clean Apt in the desirable Yacht Club at Aventura condominium. This unit is extremely clean, equipped with all new appliances and going for the very first time in 2019 for short term rentals. Owner istaken much care of this unit and therefore NO pets are allowed and also NON smoking visitors. Sorry!
