Attendant at front desk was not cheery. She acted like it was a pain to check me in.
My room had an unfortunate odor, was missing furniture and the bathroom had dull lighting and outdated fixtures. There is no elevator. On the plus side, there was a room coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. It is definitely time for major updates to this facility.
not much to dislike- courteous staff- housekeeping these days doesn't service regulary-but for the 5 days no problem- my only suggestion is that they maybe empty trash every couple of days- otherwise I like this motel
Stayed 2 nights. Did not receive any services after first night. Did not empty trash, make beds, replenish in room coffee or cups. Was told by front office I could go to breakfast room for coffee. No understanding of the term "customer service".
The front desk staff was so friendly that I wanted to be content with the stay. When I first got to the room, there was a bug in the bathtub that I squished no big deal but then my son woke up with bedbug bites on his arm the next morning. The manager was contacted and I was told that I would be refunded within 1-10 business days. Keeping my fingers crossed that I receive it. We did stay someplace else our 2nd night.
My only issues- were 1- lost signal on TV and reported it but never resolved or looked at over last week-did report it x 3

Air Conditioner did not work! Slept in warm conditions all night. Never go back. When I discussed with the front desk in the morning they said they would have maintenance check it out. I dont think they really gave a damn though
We were given a room right across from the Laundry facility for the hotel. Housekeeping was ridiculously loud, but as we were just checking in and leaving again, it wasn't a big deal. HOWEVER, the next morning, they began talking loudly, banging carts around, and slamming things. Incredibly rude. Breakfast was...um...interesting. Gravy for biscuits and gravy was in a crock pot. That was OFF. So it was cold. Had to heat up the tiny biscuits with gravy on them on a FOAM plate in the microwave. Annoying but doable. Frosted Flakes had a tiny, hand-made sign, that stated "UN"...it was corn flakes in the container. A+ for wittiness but again, annoying. No fruit. Very sparse breakfast area (and the juice dispenser was completely out of order). Upon checkout, housekeeping was EVERYWHERE...hanging out at the front desk, smoking just outside, it was like a party. We've always stayed at this Super 8 without any issues so hoping that this weekend was just a fluke and that things get better again. Otherwise, we will be going elsewhere. A shame because we've always stayed here.
Property seemed dated. Check in was a hassle. Wanted to charge me again for the room after it was paid online.
The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The hotel was booked full and all the staff though stressed I'm sure didn't show it. The room was clean and quiet even though the hotel was full. The bed however could use a firmer mattress, there was a hole in the middle that I kept sliding into, the arm on the recliner was loose and needed repair and a bulb was out by the desk. We did relay this information to the desk when we checked out. The breakfast was typical to what you would get and was well displayed and stocked. The hotel all in all was very clean and well located for all the activities we had to attend. We would stay there again, because the staff was so friendly, the hotel was clean and the location was perfect. I only hope they do something about the bed.
