I didn’t like you have to pay $20 dollars each night for parking but I enjoyed my stay

The hotel is located in a safe area. The hotel itself isn’t a big deal at all. I loved how big the bathroom was. Unfortunately, the people in the next room were super loud. We did not get a great night sleep but we were only there for a night.

I liked the property and staff. Easy check in. Good transportation to and from LAX.

My check-in on the app was selected for the 16th, but the app pushed it to the 17. So we never checked in. We only needed a room from 11:45pm (16th with a checkout on the the 17th at 9am) I’ll never use Travelodge or Orbitz again if I’m not reimbursed for the app not working correctly and the hotel not being the slightest bit accommodating. Had to call the hotel 5 times, average call wait per call was 7-20 minutes. Finally the hotel picked up to tell me to pack sand. Gentlemen had no time for me at midnight. As a traveling airline pilot I will choose other hotels and websites (Marriott/Hilton) and/or more expensive hotels just to avoid this type of inconvenience. Note: the Orbitz travel assistant (texting only) was very accommodating. Results on the outcome are still pending.

Shuttle not working, though provided voucher for taxi, which required an airport shuttle to taxi center, this not easy to navigate. After a multi-leg flight from Asia, not appealing. Okay for the price but Id prefer to pay more for reliable and convenient transportation.

Close to airport and fairly priced. Only negative is that the airport shuttle does not run between the hours of 1pm and 5pm so we had to take an Uber one way.

This is really a motel, actually a couple of motels. I had to go across the street up stairs with my heavy suitcase with no elevator. Their shuttle doesn't run often enough for me to be able to use in either direction so I had to pay for transportation. Room smelled.

It was great. Uneventful.

The room was dirty floor walls, they never send anyone to take care of the challenges, they took the parking charges but overall a horrible stay.

The room that we got had a problem with the CO2 or smoke detector. The alarm of the detector would go off every 20 minutes to half an hour. We had a miserable night with the alarm going of and waking us up. The night shift manager came once and knocked on the door to check on us. I told him that the alarm was crazy and he said that that was something that happened because of the heat. I dont see why the alarm could be so sensitive. Not a good experience. Enough to ask for a full refund.

Clean, comfortable. Really nice and helpful staff.

Check in was super smooth and the front desk gal was so nice and helpful. I had booked five rooms each with two beds and she was able to put us all together, five in a row. That was awesome and really helpful as we had an early flight out in the morning. I had booked this hotel because it had an airport shuttle, only to find out after booking that it only seats 10 guests. We had 15 so I ended up renting a car anyway to get us to and from the airport. The rooms definitely left a lot to be desired. One room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. Think like old Las Vegas hotel/casino. There was incense shoved in the electrical socket to try and cover the smell. In the same room, my mother stepped on a eyelash on the floor that stuck to her foot. Overall, all of the rooms were pretty dingy and didn’t feel clean at all. Noise from outside and above is pretty bad, but that’s to be expected. Shower was hot. When I grabbed the washcloth that was folded and hanging, I opened it to wet it in the shower and it was full of either beard or pubic hair. I asked my husband if he had used the washcloth and he told me no, which means it was left from someone else. That was it for me. So basically, if you need somewhere to sleep for a few hours in between flights, this is a great option for you. If you’re interested in cleanliness, comfort, quiet, rest, etc, I would keep scrolling.

After the big flight across the pond, with very little sleep on the trip, I was very happily to be greeted by friendly and funny staff. The room provided everything that I needed. My stay was excellent.
