A very nice hotel, it has been recently renowated, after that the rooms become clean and convienent. It has good light and elecricity outlets on the sides of beds. Bathroom is spaceous and clean.

Not what expected for the price paid, especially because my stay was for 4 nights.

at first check in went inside was nice and big ,,but then i want to shower was no towels ,,and then it got hot ,tried to but on the ace it was blowing hot air try to adjust but i guess its broken , so i open the window and i saw mold around the window ..i touched mold ,.that hazardous ....and then at night tried to sleep all i feel spiders curling on me and the bed has bugs ,...ewwwwwww...i demand my money back ..

This hotel is under renovations. The construction workers are suppose to arrive Monday-Friday at 8:30a-9:00a, but would arrive at 8:00a everyday except on Sundays. The noise was outrageous and we couldn't sleep past 8:00a. Don't get me wrong, the renovated rooms are very nice, but not nice enough to loose sleep. Some of the furniture in the room is outdated which I was very disappointed about. The pool was closed, but we were offered to go to the hotel next door and use their pool. The staff was friendly, but really didn't show any concern when we complained about the noise during our check out. We didn't have any knowledge until arriving there that they were under renovations. Also, the free shuttle bus to and from the airport was very convenient. To be honest, I would have booked our stay elsewhere if I would have known about the construction and the pool being closed.

I received several, bed bug bites to my arm and face. Will never stay here again.

It was hot and humid in our room the entire time. There was mold in various places throughout the room and the toilet leaked when it was flushed. The best part about this room was the location of the beach.

On entering, smelled heavy cigarette smoke, light switches hard to figure out (there were 4 at door), TV couldn't be shut off (blue glare) we turned it around so we could sleep. Bathroom light was on. Thought with TV on and bathroom light on someone was in room. Couldn't figure out how to turn shower on. Had to call desk. Very nice about it. wanted to use spa, was told we had to go across the street to another facility. we did. had to call desk to have someone to turn it on. They are under construction in the pool/spa area.

The rooms were ok. We had issues the first few days with the television and not getting clean bath linen until late in the evening. It did get better over time. The free breakfast offered littl selection other than cereal, bagels an muffins with some raw fruit. TV in breakfast room stayed broken. The pool area was under construction but they did offer us to use the pool next door. Because I booked a package deal through Orbitz, I was unable to find out the exact room cost. Very friendly staff made up for the down side. I would consider staying there again depending upon pricing. The real draw back for my stay was that there was no guest laundry.

Paid to much for quality of hotel. Drains were plugged and finally got fixed after second time complaining. Only plus was, secured parking and continental breakfast. Would NOT stay there again or recommend to friends or family.

room not ready upon arrival at 4:45, check in 3pm. Water did not drain in shower, doorknob broken off in bathroom, roll away bed not sleep-able, mildew on Windows. Towels small and dingy. garbage found under bed

If you're thinking of staying here, don't. Just don't. You will regret it. Well maybe not. If mold, dirt, trash and hair in your room doesn't bother you, then go right ahead.

We thought this was going to be a Hotel but turned out to be more like a Motel. Rooms were large but lacked any sort of comfort. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom was small and stuffy but at least the water was hot. The light in the bathroom area had to be turned on with two light switches, one by the front door to activate the switch in the bathroom. The walls are thin so if anyone is out in the pool area or hot tub then you can hear their conversation. Also once we checked in to the hotel and was in our room changing, someone tried to come in our room. Luckily we had the bar lock on so the door did not open fully or whomever attempted to come in our room would have seen us in all our glory. The continental breakfast was basic and nothing special but it was nice to have that option in the morning for a snack. This hotel is less than a mile from the Pier and restaurants and has ample covered parking. If you are looking for a less expensive place to stay and are not a light sleeper with the convenience of being close to everything then you may consider this place.

My girlfriend and I stayed here back in December. I chose this location based on the fact that I grew up in the area and am familiar with the surrounding cities. The hotel is pretty small, and that definitely works in their favor. I like not having to lug my suitcase all over a giant, expansive hotel. It felt cozy, like I was in an apartment building. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. I made a trip out there in February, and, because it was a trip with my brother, stayed in the hotel directly across the street. That was a mistake. I foolishly assumed the hotel would be comparable to the Wave. Next time I visit the area, I'll definitely stay at the Wave if the pricing permits it.

NIc Thai place across the street. Clean pool center of court yard.

This hotel was very clean. The staff was nice and went above and beyond. I will definitely come back! !

The location was good, it was not far from Manhattan Beach! So that was about as good as it got. The room had mold in the bathroom on the shower head, in the shower in the corners of the bathroom. Stains on the carpet. The WiFi never wanted to work, we used the WiFi password given to us, it would connect and then just disconnect, it would never be a stable connection. The power went out for a few hours, the water got shut off for several hour. There is a pool and hot tub, that's about it as far as amenities, there is a old vending machine if you want a bottle of water or Gatorade other wise you might as well make a trip to the store. The breakfast was sad. The orange juice tasted gross, like sunny D but worse! just all around not a good breakfast to choose from. But at least they made an effort, so I cant complain to much about free food. Last thing I have to say is that anytime I walked by the front desk or had to go to the front desk, no one was there and wouldnt be there for 10-15 minutes at a time, even longer sometimes.

Stayed 8 days with family. Central location with only 10 min. walk to the Beach. Target and several restaurants close by. Helpful staff. Nice little pool to. Free parking.

Yes,very helpful they provided breakfast food every morning

We got stuck in a room with a loud scary, grinding bathroom light fixture when it's turned on, our solution was to drag a floor lamp into the bathroom for lighting, and a nasty shower head with lots of white and greenish stuff on it, which we put a plastic bag over it cause it was too nasty to look at and we ended up taking hand showers with a bowl. The bed sheets and towels had what looked like spotted molds, went to Target and bought brand new pillows to use, ants on the floor and table, weak wifi, and a broken door that needed to be slammed in order to close properly. When we notify the front desk lady she gave us a careless attitude told us nothing can be done about the bathroom since they have always known about the scary grinding noise and for us to not come out to the front desk but use the room phone to call her instead with problems. We were not expecting a five star hotel but as a business they should at least replace their dirty shower heads and fix the bathroom light noise. We had to Lysol everything because the whole place just seemed dirty after the way they treated us. STAY AWAY IF YOU GET THIS HOTEL WITH A FLIGHT DEAL, cause they will probably stick you in this room on purpose for paying cheap like us.

Yes the best hotel ever we love it and would love to stay here again
