The room was OK. It was clean and fresh. We've stayed here several times before. It was just what we expected. We were disappointed when we checked in. We were expecting a bill of $677.52 but were charged $721.52. This includes $11/day for parking. Not a significant amount but we thought all quotes were supposed to include any taxes, fees etc. Housekeeping missed our room one day. We couldn't warm up our room to our liking. Water pressure was very low. Parking spaces are very narrow. We couldn't find a space on New Year's Eve about 1am. There was no hair dryer in the room, had to get one from the front desk.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room clean and easy to get to. The only thing missing was a fan for the bathroom. It's the first hotel room I've ever been in that didn't have an exhaust fan. Bed was comfortable enough to sleep on my back, but less so on my side. I definitely heard neighbors snoring on the last night, but that doesn't really bother me and they do offer ear plugs at the front desk. All in all, not a bad stay.

It looks alright in photos but I would not recommend this hotel , here is why: 1. Wash rooms were smelly 2. No Ventilation fans in Washrooms 3. No Micro wave Owen in rooms 4. No safes to keep your valuables belongings 5. No coffee machines in rooms and not in the lobby 6. Not sure why but I found bed covers itchy (??) I am giving 2 stars because hotel’s front desk staff was super helpful , room cleaning service is good

Friendly staff, clean room. Coffee, tea, and pastries offered daily for breakfast. Room amenities are a little slim (TV and WiFi only), but the bed was comfy and the water hot. Plenty of outlets for charging the devices. Relatively quiet despite being on Ventura Blvd.
