At this price point you could not ask for more. It was clean and friendly, beds were comfortable and it felt safe and welcoming. Must recommend!

Very disgusting not what the website says. Very unclean disgusting in the middle of construction now too. Using white duct tape for the vanities. And also no place to hang your clothes. Had to ask for an iron which the first one was broken. Toaster was broken at the food court area. $11 for parking. Do not recommend going there

I didn’t like being charged 77 dollars for parking when my reservation clearly stated free parking. I also didn’t like how the Sherman and orbitz hasn’t done anything to refund that charge.

I didn’t like the service or staff. It was horrible.

It was close to two major highways (101 and 405). The staff was very friendly. Security was there watching the cars and premises. It was quiet at night.

We booked a room here because they were listed as pet friendly on Orbitz. I called the hotel 2 minutes after booking to see what the fee would be for our puppy. They said they only take service animals. Then they refused to refund the money. There was no reason for it and it was 2 minutes after booking. They likely sold the room again to someone else but we couldn’t stay there. Both them and Orbitz are theives that we will never use again. I hope they feel great about themselves.

Best rates on Ventura Blvd and within about 30 minutes of all tourist locations.
