Room was little oit of date . Some damage on the walls . The drapes covering window also damaged . Room had a little bit of a smell. Overall ok.

Dirty hotel and the room was discosting! I would rather sleep in my car! Had to find a hotel at midnight with my daughter in a new city! Made the begining of our trip as bad as it could!

They did some cheap upgrades but the bathrooms are disgusting you don't even want to get into the showers ... Customer service; the guys at the desk are extremely extremely extremely extremely extremely extremely rude .

The location was good. There were several restaurants nearby. It was a fairly short drive to Universal Studios. The office was very nice and appeared newly furnished. The staff was pleasant. However, they had advertised that they had newly refinished rooms. We, apparently, did not get to stay in one of the newer rooms. Our room had two double beds that were very springy, but hard. The "blankets" consisted of one white sheet, one thin blanket on top of that that barely covered the top of the bed, and then another white sheet. The room itself needed to be updated. The walls were shabby. The artwork was badly scratched. There was a large crack under the door, which is how, I assume, the cockroaches got in. There was one scurrying across the floor toward the bathroom. I can only assume that he was trying to meet his friend that was trying to hide under the rim of the toilet. Additionally, there was a smoking area placed directly in front of our non-smoking room. Thankfully, no one used it. There was a pool, however, it was not heated.

Nice location, great staff, convenient bedrooms. Unfortunately the pool was not heated and cold.

Water would Leak from the tiles near toilet and walls would have the paint pealed off them.

The floors were very dirty. Cobwebs on the ceiling. The bathroom mirror was bad, no outlets in bathroom. Dirt, hair, dust around bathroom floor molding, mold on the bathroom windows, mold and rust in the shower and on the soap holder. The staff was not friendly.

Nasty digusting rooms and bathrooms mold in the breakfast sweet bread or whatever it is and very rude staff

They should not advertise refrigerator if there not in the room.

Sweet enjoy nice. Beautiful view no frig but I would go again

We traveled with a friend to 6 flags for the weekend and both got rooms here. my room was clean and nicely updated. Her room wasnt. Staff was super nice and friendly. My only real complaint is the noise. I could hear all the traffic outside, police sirens, people getting in and out of their cars.

I asked to check in a few hours early to get some sleep, the hotel had numerous vacancies. The front desk man became IRATE with me and began screaming and yelling at me when I questioned why he was going to try to charge me nearly full-price to check in early. He would not explain his reasoning, only said "its the computer". I asked to speak to his supervisor. His supervisor allowed him to continue to be be EXTREMELY RUDE toward me, and neither apologized for it. I was able to finally check in early but they charged me an additional $34.00. They also located me next to the laundry room (EXTREMELY LOUD machines and talking by housekeeping staff all morning); knowing my intent to check in early was to get some sleep. They put me next to the laundry room out of spite, knowing it's the loudest room on the property. This was an absolutely terrible experience! The front desk attendant and manager should both be fired. They do not understand what hospitality means. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! ABUSIVE STAFF. The room also had bugs in it, and paper thin walls. I took photos of the bugs.

Old ac without remote control, we had a leak on the zinc,

We had a great stay. It was affordable and close to Universal Studios. The room was clean and the front office manager was really accommodating. Basic continental breakfast was included. I read so many horrible reviews, but the hotel has definitely made significant changes. We will stay again.

First the room sucked! The walls are thin, dingy stained bathroom shower floor, it is under renovation and showed in the parking lot with junk from the other rooms at least let the guests know you are under renovation and offer a cheaper rate then jack them up when the hotel is up to par not before! Would I go back? Hell to the no! The only nice thing was the staff which were very accommodating and nice other than that I would have given the "inn" a 1 star rate.

The hotel was dirty, we had a roach problem. The location was ok but there would be people doing drugs on the parking lot and didn't feel safe leaving my car in parking lot. Pretty sure they were outside people.

The place is getting renovated so wait to stay here until they finish which is pretty soon. Everything is different from the pics I've seen in multiple review pages and the website. Parking is a nightmare for large vehicles. Almost everything was new except the bathroom. The Room had a strong new paint smell and possibly cigarettes? We reserved non-smoking standard king room. We didn't get a king sized bed. My husband and I fit on a queen bed fine, but this bed was so small that I was trying hard to not roll off the edge at night, so I only got 4 hours of sleep. It had to have been a full-sized bed. A queen isn't that small. They had no Wi-Fi, Ice machine, phone in the room, lack of plugs for electronics (just unplug stuff if you have too much), and the room was a little plain. We did find one cockroach in the bathroom. There was no counter top to put your stuff in the bathroom. The location is great to hit the highway. There is a restaurant right there but I didn't try it. Check-in time is STRICTLY 3pm. Got there at 2 pm and was told to come back in 1 hour. You can tell the receptionist has received a lot of backlash from people because of this rule. I was kind to her and she was nice back. Not her fault. Just other pages other than the hotels website have posted wrong info.

Got the job done. Some of the staff can't speak clearly in front desk

Hotel looks Better inside than outside. Doesn't look like much but rooms are clean, quiet and safe. Get some real food for contendntial breakfast. Stop being CHEAP. At least provide real fruit and juice. Not imitation crap and super cheap food nobody wants to eat.
