I like the property very much. Very close to the Universal Studio. The room is really quiet for rest and I love the bed which is so comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the ones helped me check in/out and addressed all my questions at the reception desk.

Love the whole place. Big rooms and clean as well. Staff are very nice. Would recommend this is everyone.

Valet is like $52 a car, parking is $33 a night. Neither are reasonable regardless of being LA. They even beat Las Vegas rates and that's hard to do. The hotel is really run down. The pool was dirty with a condom and a plastic bottle floating in the deep end. They did have a hot tub but after seeing a used condom, I said 'No Thx' to either.

I loved the design of the shower and how clean the property remained. There wasn't a safe in the room initially but the front desk was able to provide one on request.

my room was nice but I did pay for an extra day no one bother to come clean the room or what not plus my door access was shrinked there for a moment.

The beauty when you first walk in is amazing. The rooms are a bit small but nice. Our blankets on the beds though were extremely gross and old. They were very dirty. For the price there should definitely be clean new blankets.

When I reserved the room, I reserved for 3 people. The hotel gave me a room with a queen bed. I told them about my reservation for three but their answers was room with two bedrooms was subject to availability, and according to them, the num of people was not mentioned in the reservation. After some discussion they agreed to send a rolling bed. The person in the reception knew the room was really small for a rolling but he did not mentioned anything. It looks like he wanted me to deal with the space issue and waist my time to come back later to deal again to look for a different room. It was until I mentioned to other person in the reception, this person immediately knew the room was not big enough for the bed and gave us a bigger room to install the roller bed. We waited for the bed and after one hour(11:00pm) and three calls the bed arrived. According to the hotel Orbitz do not know the layout of the hotel rooms and do not consider this when Orbitz reserves the rooms.

Easy walk to universal. Or you use their free shuttle service.

The hotel was conveniently looked. The building was fine but our room needed a serious facelift. We booked a normal room but instead got a accessible one- not what we paid for. The woman staff who checked us in was excellent. The man who checked us out was extremely unpleasant. We’ll pay more and stay at Hilton next time.

Great, close to Universal Studios! Friendly staff, nice room.
