This Custom built two level Mediterranean home is located walking distance from the New Caruso Shopping Village and minutes from Will Rogers, Temescal Canyon hiking trails and minutes to the beach.
The downstairs flows to the beautifully into the formal living room with high wood-beamed ceilings, fireplace, piano, and dining area, that look out onto the beautifully landscaped backyard equipped with outdoor dining, pool, and spa. The beautiful kitchen will inspire you with its Wolf Range, Subzero Refrigerator and breakfast dining with French doors looking out onto the lush backyard. There are 2 bedrooms and a jack and full bath downstairs as well as a family room/office.
Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, including a large master suite with a balcony overlooking the backyard, ensuite spa tub and large walk-in steam shower.
