The room was decent but it was very dirty. There were also no body wash, conditioner only soap included. Other than that the pool has no heating as it is outside and the check in time was 3pm. The staff were taking there sweet time with over 10 different parties in line to check in. They just stood there. As one person was doing checkin , meanwhile they had 3 different tablets to do just that. The process took over an hour. It was a disaster to my start. Then the parking ticket was not working me and my boyfriend had to constantly bother the security to let us out. He was the only person helping. These workers are very rude.

worst hotel i’ve stayed in, i paid for a deluxe room and got a basic room with a very uncomfortable bed and pillows, during my stay i had trouble with the ac leaking causing the floor to be wet, constantly having to go to the front desk to get my keycard to work, housekeeping coming into my room unexpectedly when i wasn’t in the room but never seemed to stop by once when i was in the room. called multiple times asking if early check in was available and each time they said yes but when we got to the hotel the lady said it wasn’t allowed and laughed in my face. pool was filthy the water looked super foggy and disgusting. they definitely didn’t give the same experience as the pictures posted online, this hotel was the worst experience ever and i will never return or recommend it to anyone.
