I stayed here for about a week as I was transitioning from one home to the next. The staff was kind and helpful. We had to check in/out several times because we were rebooking the same room via Orbitz one night at a time. They made the processes quick and easy. Never gave us attitude. My only complaint is that the keycards lose magnetization over and over again. Parking here is paid and you need your keycard to get in and out. It’s very annoying to be leaving for work only to get to the gate and the key doesn’t work. Now you have to park and go back inside to have it fixed. It randomly wouldn’t work on the room door or elevator as well. Just a headache. They’ll keep telling you not to put it near your keys, wallet, or phone but that’s not the only cause. The system is just faulty because I started keeping my card away from everything and it still happened continuously.

The staff and hotel are great. It’s just being close to the airport and trying to be convenient for all, things get behind, like checking in. But the staff, hotel were really amazing and worth the hassle.

The "Do it yourself " Motel.

I will NEVER stay at this establishment again. Housekeeping has you place your trash in the hallways, change your liners to the trash, restock your towels in place and never offers to clean the restroom or change the bedding. The wifi was changed every Sunday and completely turned off on my departure date. The satellite went out throughout the day. The ray of sunshine was the front desk especially Tremya. She was kind, professional, and all around helpful. Others at the front desk were also pleasant. Still, if you don't mind waiting in line to use the communal microwave in the lobby, hearing doors slam throughout the night and going downstairs for your deliveries this is the place for you.
