Drain in sink slow to drain. Chalk around tub falling out ant will leak to other unit creating mold. Flight delayed and hotel would not arange shuttle from lax to hotel. Hotel staff we more concerned that they get a 5 star review then working on 5 star ethical standards. All in all the room was clean and ok for an overnight stay. Would consider other options on next stay

The price was good, but the quality was very bad. According to Expedia, they refused to return my money even though I explained that I had to go back to Canada for an urgent family issue. I paid for three nights and never received a refund. Both the hotel and Expedia have very poor customer service. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend booking with them.

Chue was great in the check-in desk. He helped us a lot and he was very patient with us. Motel 6 gave us a better experience than our previous hotel and we're planning on sticking with this lime of hotels for the future.
