the absolute worst place to stay. There were bed bugs, spiders in the shower. Once you turn on the water it doesn’t turn off. Not to mention how rude the stuff was, specially the manager. When I complained to him he threatened to cancel my reservation, make me leave and not give me any compensation. Wouldn’t stay here ever again.

Staff was friendly. I had a horrible time sleeping there. Between the noise of Ventura Blvd and people coming and going all night, it was very difficult to sleep. As others have said, the pillows were uncomfortable and the mattress was worn out, although that didn't seem to bother me.

There weren't any bedspreads, just a sheets. Sheets were were not soft. The light in the bathroom didn't have a cover and you could see the electrical cords. They used a sheet for a bedspread. The blanket was thick and fuzzy. It made me feel like bugs could easily hide in it. I left after one of the seven nights and I am still waiting for a refund from Expedia.
