Staff was friendly. I had a horrible time sleeping there. Between the noise of Ventura Blvd and people coming and going all night, it was very difficult to sleep. As others have said, the pillows were uncomfortable and the mattress was worn out, although that didn't seem to bother me.

There weren't any bedspreads, just a sheets. Sheets were were not soft. The light in the bathroom didn't have a cover and you could see the electrical cords. They used a sheet for a bedspread. The blanket was thick and fuzzy. It made me feel like bugs could easily hide in it. I left after one of the seven nights and I am still waiting for a refund from Expedia.

Nice hotel for the price

The hotel was quiet except for the road noise from Ventura blvd but it didn’t wake us . Room was clean. The bed sagged.

Check in was fine and representatives were very polite and kind as well as efficient. However, conditioner room had much to be desired and that was not very comfortable. For about 2 to 3 hours in the middle of the night, there was a couple outside yelling at each other and could not sleep

Really old and tired place. Phone was disconnected and cord was wrapped up with a hair clip. I had to go ask for an iron and the ironing board was dusty and dirty. No breakfast which is rare now. Really expensive for what it was.
