A couple of the staff were helpful, like they helped me charge my phone. However, the room was dirty. Dirty socks were on the floor and long hairs on the wall of the shower. They required a deposit, which I was not notified about, even though I paid. They charged me $100 bucks, and said they'd refund it in a couple of days. I was uncomfortable with that, so I gave them cash. The next morning, they gave me a $100 bill, and wouldn't break it. They also refused to give me a receipt, because I paid online.

We booked a room with a king bed, we were forced to stay in a room with 2 beds. The window was open and the room smelled bad (mildew), this got worse when the air conditioner was started and spewed mildew all over the room.

Only thing i liked is when the stay was over. Ill never book this filthy place again.

We came very late to the property at night and stayed only for night. Overall property is really really old with smoke smell everywhere. Even the blankets had a strong smell. Since it was too late, we didn't ask for room change and some how managed to sleep through night. Coming down from elevator on fifth building had a really strong smell and crowd was not great all around. Not a great stay to start our vacation.

We stayed here while attending a trade show. Positives: + Although I expected to be, I did not get bit by any bed bugs + Ample free parking + Friendly staff + Cheap... about 1/2 the price or more of other “3 star” hotels somewhat near the Anaheim convention center which was about a 25 min drive Negatives: - We had a “suite” which was 2 rooms with a door connecting the two. One room had an old tube TV and the other a tiny LCD TV that was mounted to the wall crooked. There was only one remote control that we could find and it worked with the tube TV only. There was no cable, all channels were scrambled. We couldn’t even turn on the LCD TV. - The alarm clock wouldn’t stop making weird annoying static sound every 10 minutes so that made it hard to sleep. - The refrigerator in our suite did not work - The wifi network seemed to be relatively unsecure and extremely slow. It could barely load a website. - Nothing to do in the area surrounding the hotel - They need to power wash each building and repaint it - There was a dirty towel laying on the stairs when we got there, stayed 3 nights, and it was still there when we left. - The walls are paper thin so your neighbors on either side and above walking, talking, and everything is very loud

Room was cramped for space working at the desk. Repairs made to the room indicated a low grade of workmanship. High level of noise transference from adjoining rooms.

Not good enough. Bed sheets with hole may be due to cigarette. Dusty table & drawer tops.

Property past sell by date by perhaps two decades though understand it is a difficult location for so many rooms. Time has moved on and management has not kept up but surviving on tour groups with an offering of powdered eggs and Tang each morning to appease. Not pleased to have been the sacrificial lamb for bedbugs but after the time and expense of cleaning self, clothes, luggage, car, have hopefully not passed the gift to our next stop. Management did return phone call in 54 hours to follow up on complaint, still working on it I am told. Not many options in area. In future I will drive farther.

There was beg bugs in both beds, I went a ahead and call front desk they gave me a new room. I had to move rooms at 1am. They never said sorry or never heard back from the manager, every time I check she wasn't there.
