Everything was fresh and clean - staff was polite and efficient. Room was excellent - clean and comfortable. The only complaint I had is, while I appreciate the staff arranging for a Lyft ride at 4am 100%, I did not appreciate receiving a text message at 12:30 am with the pertinent info......... I checked in at 4pm 8/26 - the info could easily have been sent much sooner than it was. Aside from the extra early wake up, my stay was perfect. I would definitely stay there again & recommend to friends and family.

Room on 2nd floor had a stench of Male B.O. the floor creeked badly ans so did the tile in the bathroom which was stained and several were broken. The shower was broken the wall started to make a loud knocking noise when I turned the hot water on it gave ick I wasnt even comfortable undressing. Bates Motel vibes
