Very convenient for universal but wasn’t so clean. You’re paying for the convenience not for the hotel itself. Walking in room with no socks you can feel that the carpet is dirty. Looking you would think your gonna stay in a decent hotel looks beautiful but housekeeping must suck because this wasn’t so great. Put a towel on floor in bathroom and it was filthy I usually pay half the price and drive about 8 min to universal and those hotel are wayyyyy more cleaner and better. 50$ parking as well is crazy.

Great hotel next to Universal

Great hotel for universal . Check in fast and quick. Staff very good and polite . We avoided the restaurants as found a few locally which were fantastic and 50%of the cost. Starbucks in the hotel was a treat 10 mins walk to the park . Parking on site and very easy. Pool was busy but the jacuzzi from the 8th floor looked very dirty. Might have been an illusion but very murky! Eat outside of the park!!!

Very poor service and unclean room. Sent management an email with my concerns and photos and never replied to me. They must mot care. It’s a shame concerning the very reputable name of the hotel. It goes to show how much respect is given to “Hilton”.

The property serves a purpose, as it is within minutes walking distance to Universal Studios. It was comfortable and reasonably well maintained. However, the bill was padded with nuisance changes, "facilities fees" and "upgrade fees". For example, my pa kage came with a continental breakfast included. The fee to upgrade to a meal inclusive of hot food was $13. Room service was outrageously expensive and included a $10 facility fee on a $70 bill (for salad, turkey club and brussel sprouts, and a soda mind you), not part of which included a tip for the service workers. To top it off, daily parking was $50...plus a facility fee. At the end of the day, an average/slightly above average property but egregiously expensive for what was offered.
