Clean and comfortable. A bill dated
The hotel was very modern, clean and the staff was very nice. I will definitely be back again.
I liked that it was walking distance to Universal Studios. I had a problem with the shower - water pressure was very low. I didn’t report it because I shouldn’t be inconvenienced and might take a while to resolve.
The hotel location is great as we were going to Universal Studios it was where we need it to be. The Hotel lobby was clean, neat, and spacious as well as the rooms. Our room has a great view of Universal and City Walk. The hotel is family friendly and we saw many families with children and teens which made it comfortable and contrary to what we though would happen with all the traffic in the halls it was quiet, with minimal noise which gave us a good nights of sleep. Now some of things that I didn't like was that we didn't get waters in our room and when I asked the front desk for a couple the guy was standoff . The refrigerator wasn't cool enough, we bought water and sodas and they stay warn which suck b/c were taking them to the park to not pay for over price waters. Also, the elevators were super slow. I believe all of the above can easily be fix.
I liked how close it was to the park. I didn’t like, that they told me they where going to text me when the room was ready and never did.
Friendly staff
The rooms were very dirty. We didn't have towels at all and had to ask to have some delivered. We waited for 30 minutes and I went to find them on my own by going into the housekeeping closet on the floor and getting them myself. Then 15 minutes after that someone knocked on our door to bring some but we had already called the front desk to cancel.
Great location very close to Universal Studios Hollywood. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Front Desk and Bell Service were super helpful and friendly!
My daughters and I loved our stay. Our room was large and the shuttle to Universal Studios was very helpful. All staff were amazing!
Will definitely stay again!
next to everything
everything was good, safe, clean, friendly and convienent
Great
Me gusto mucho el view del cuarto
The hotel is beautiful and walking distance to Universal Studios. There is a shuttle that will also take you to the park, but our family walked less than 10 minutes to the park entrance. We were able to keep our parked at the hotel while we enjoyed Universal Studios. We were on the 17th floor and the view out of our window was breathtaking, especially at night. The only negative thing to say is that the amount you pay for the stay you would hope that the toilet paper would be plush. It was like rough paper):. That would be the only disappointment.
