It was amazing! Every staff member was very friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Food and valet are a little pricey but that’s expected. Location is great for those attending Universal Studios.

We stayed here for our trip to Universal Studios. It’s walking distance to the park, very close to lots of restaurants. Pool with cabanas, gym, restaurant onsite is decent, also have washer and dryer on property if you need to was clothes for any reason. Gift shop with lots of goodies in case you forget something.

Theres so many hidden charges plus the room smelled like humid like mold it had a really bad smell that made me cover my face to be able to sleep through the night. I was surprised I wasn’t charged to breath inside the hotel.

Very nice facilities, love the pool and spa! The turtle and koi pond was also nice. While highly overpriced, it was convenient to have the store downstairs for smacks and last minute items like sunscreen.

Great location near the theme park. Friendly staff. Very clean room. Spacious bathroom. Nice pool! Lots of elevators for quick return to your room. Lots of parking. GREAT dining! Love the buffet they offer.

Located right beside Universal Studios, it's a super convenient 5 minute walk to the park. Hotel is in good condition overall, with a free filtered water fountain to refill water bottles in the mornings. We opted for 2 queen beds in the room, and sleeps well with 2 kiddos. The only small complaint I have about my particular room was the AC being extremely loud every time it turned on. Also made a strange bubbling/water sound near the compressor. Overall a great experience and would come back if we visit Universal Studios again.
