Easy check in - exceptionally nice staff - decent breakfast choices - good value
my two year old daughter found a used syringe laying on the floor under the desk. Called front desk and they sent housekeeping to remove it. The next morning my wife found a pair of mens underwear (XL) in between the bed and night stand. I am pissed!
I love the hold location. The grounds, the lighting and the pool area. All top notch. I will visit again the next time I am in town.

The staff was outstanding. Every single person I dealt with was really nice. The room was clean but a little bit musty-smelling. I ran the air conditioning (actually the heater because it was cold) and the smell seemed to go away. For some reason they put me in a handicapped room.

Very clean and welcoming. The person who checked me in was very nice. No more bottles of water at check-in, however, for Hilton rewards members. There was a coffee maker near check-in but no K-cups for it.(?) The room was super clean. The entire hotel is nice. I couldn't get a printout of my bill at check-out (email only) and I had to ask what the total was. Disappointed that, as a Hilton rewards member, I still had to pay for parking. Overall, pleasant.

For the location, the hotel was a nice place to stay at. It was super close to the airport and once you entered the doors, you forgot that you were close to a busy street like Pacific Coast Highway (also known as Sepulveda). I recommend Customer service/Local familiarity training. I was two and a half miles from my car rental place.I asked ahead of time if the shuttle driver could drop me off two miles away, one employee said "If the driver is nice and wants to do it". I've been to plenty of hotels because of my job and usually a five mile radius is acceptable. Of course if there are no other stops that need to be made. I guess the driver didn't want to do it, because the next morning I asked and the driver said no. I even said it was on the way to the airport, but I was denied and I had to go all the way to the airport to take another shuttle to the car rental place. Second, I asked the front desk if the beach was near by and what is the best way to get there. I was told the metro (train). I spent 3.75 each (2.00 for the card and 1.75 for the one way ride) for my wife and I. We arrived at the Redondo Beach stop, and we still had to walk 4 miles (Our hotel was seven miles away from the beach). It was getting late and we wanted to see the beach before the sun went down so we got an Uber. Upon our return, we decided to take an Uber, IT COST $7! I told my wife, it cost more to take the metro.
Nice hotel for the price. Friendly staff. Good location. Convenient parking.
There was s constant buzzing sound in the room and i could hear a baby crying next door. My roon was far from the elevator it took forever to get there. The staff was ok

This hotel was OK, but given other reviews, I was expecting more. My room was very clean, but the bed was not as comfortable as I expected. Also, I got a lot of hallway noise because I was near the elevator. My experience with the breakfast was varied. Some was good. However, their beef hash was SO BAD. It looked and smelled like dog food from a can. Suspicious meat paste with blanched potatoes! If it wasn't for great staff, this would be a 2 star experience.
