Loved the staff... the room had some flaws but it was safe and clean!

The room was poorly cleaned. I had a room with a kitchenette but there were no dishes. I was told if i needed something I had to ask. No hairdryer and there was hair in the shower.

Air conditioning wasn’t working and they were out of rooms so you couldn’t actually switch rooms. It was very uncomfortable so end up leaving the place.

For the price, the place was good. Great location. The only thing I would say they get improve upon what is the breakfast. They didn’t have any breakfast on Saturday morning. And the only breakfast they serve was muffins and health bars. Thank goodness there was coffee. Another thing that I would say may bother people is how loud the refrigerator gets at night. But I really did like that they had a kitchen especially when I have two young kids. I would stay there again.

Elevator broken shortly after my arrival Friday. No evidence of any change on Sunday when I departed. I was on 3rd floor, difficult to get luggage down the stairs.

Hotel seemed like people lived there. Elevator wasnt working. Guest there told us its been down for like a few week. My husband is handicapped and we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. No bell people help. My husband being handicapped helped and older lady with her luggage. She wasnt gonna be able to do it on ger own

Have stayed here many times before and all is great. Very convenient location and room is quiet.

The room was clean. The beds could use some upgrades.

Late night staff service is not available. Room is decently clean. I was able to sleep well knowing that I am in a safe area

When going to the room you can smell all kinds of nasty things. When we got in the room their were no wash cloth no small towels. The house cleaners should know better. Had to use the towel in the kitchen for as shower. This place use to be cleaner than this time.

Lovely room. No maid service. Service only once a week. Had to go to reception for extra towels and water glasses. No ice. Had to get them at reception

The customer service was awesome. Daniel saved me a lot of money when he noticed I was paying a higher rate than what the hotel was offering. Ron helped me print tickets to a couple of events. The overall vibe of the hotel was dark and dingy. I don't know if it was the decor, lighting, or what. But it wasn't too welcoming. Our room was ok clean. The carpet was awful. Dark and dirty spots. The room felt grimy and after buying some bleach and bleaching everything I felt better. I am not even a clean freak. There wasn't a lot of attention to cleaning details in the corners and small spaces. The shower head was awful. The water was hot but not enough of it to keep me warm and after a day at the beach there wasn't enough water pressure to get the sand off my skin. The water in the sink tap only got to luke warm or hot. The appliances and kitchenware were clean and nice to have. Beds were noisy and, to me, the pillows, were rock hard. We stayed in a room below a herd of elephants but I can imagine no floor would drowned out that noise. I guess I'd stay there again. My experience might have been a fluke, I would be willing to try another time. Overall, it was ok

Wonderful experience. Love staying at this motel. Comfortable beds. Great staff. Large refrigerator.

We listened to the neighbor's TV for two nights. A little disappointed about the lack of triple-sheeted bedding - an industry standard by now. But the staff were very nice and provided everything we needed for the kitchen.

My room stink there was a big spider In the room. Then when i went to go get towels the worker ask me to bring down the dirty towels. I am not your worker i do not get paid to do the Housekeeper job. To me that is pure rude.
