Really safe. Not easy for other people that were not guest to get in the building
The young man who checked us in was absolutely delightful and very nice!
The stay was very comfortable. However, the hallway to our room had a weird smell don’t know if it was the carpet moisture from people coming in and out of the pool area. The hotel could maybe remove the carpet to avoid a funky smell. The carpet looks old in the hallways. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. The ladies at the Starbucks register had such nice smiles and just genuinely nice. Lobby smelled good. Only one suggestion can there be a copy of the actual dinner menu in the room since the tv menu doesn’t match? No big deal.
The hotel exceeded our expectations. Top notch. Mindy’s on the other hand started out as a bad joke but got better towards the end. Not enough wait staff, over crowded, and the woman’s restroom was out of order for most of the evening. We stayed at the hotel just to celebrate a special occasion at Mindy’s. Other then that, the hotel was great.

We had a difficult time checking in and we had our card charged multiple times. So stressful! And check in took nearly 20 minutes.
Accommodations were misrepresented. Reserved a room for 3 adults & 2 children, was given only 2 queen beds. Orbitz stated the room slept 6 with a sofa bed
Great property with beautiful outdoor pool area. Nice conveniences with restaurants on the property as well as fitness. Convenient parking

I enjoy staying here when i visit. The property is nice has lots to offer and you dont need to walk far to enjoy them. From a pool & Jacuzzi to a bar inside or a few delicious restaurants to dine at. A mini club, a gift shop inside as well. Starbucks and a gas station walking distance. Great location.
THE ENTIRE VISIT WAS VEERY GOOD, GOOD SERVICES, AND GOOD FOOD.
I like that this property has a nice big pool and has a jacuzzi with towels onsite, a couple of restaurants, a bar and a mini club (havent visited the club part yet), has a mini store with foodand souvenirs,there is also a stand where you can order starbucks drinks (limited items) and has bakery items. There is a Starbucks across the street, a restaurant at the corner, a gas station at the corner.
I NEVER saw house keeping the whole time I was there, until about 1030am in the morning the whole time of my stay. Trash in the room have been piling up. (Just about 1 1/2 hours before I check out housekeeping miraculously showed up out of the blue. Which was 2 days too late. Having stayed with this place for 3 nights which is highly unacceptable. Also, my 1st room had water damage in the bathroom area, with wet carpets and a wet and busted tile. (It's a shame, I paid for a true "pool view" in a nicer bigger room, only ending up getting a smaller room with a view of some chairs and tent instead.) I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Too bad I can’t post pictures regarding my issues and concern.
