Went to the room. Took a short nap and promptly left. Never stayed the night. Room was clean, except for a long black hair in the sink. Hotel is old and creepy. Never again.

It’s started with the check in process. On holiday weekend and when the hotel was hosting a huge convention, they only had two people at the front desk. It took almost 40 min to check in and after a long flight, that’s the last thing one needs. Hotel is old, the front lobby smells bad, the elevators smell. Once we got to our room, the beds are old and uncomfortable. The tv did not work properly. We were there 5 nights and I wish we could have switched hotels after the first night, unfortunately we had already paid for the full stay. I won’t be staying here again.

This property was beautiful and the rooms all had a patio. The pool and hot tub were nice and the bar food was excellent. The cafe food was overpriced for what it was. The Starbucks inside was not affiliated with the app or rewards so you cannot order ahead and the line was slow. Staff at the front desk was very courteous but they had difficulty finding the room type we ordered. Rooms were nice, but nothing fancy for the ambiance of the rest of the hotel. It is very conveniently located to the convention center so that was perfect for our event.

Hotel was awesome. Nice and quiet room. Clean and had everything needed. My only con would be; no place to get water or hot tea in the lobby. I chose to not have room clean service so I was short on tea cups and they had nowhere for me to get 1 cup in the morning. Booking through expedia makes then not link to your hilton honors, so using the internet was more of a hassle since they dont recognize you & your membership.
