I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your Days Inn location. I am shocked and disappointed that a hotel associated with Wyndham Resorts would provide such a poor experience, both in accommodations and customer service.
Upon entering our room, we were immediately hit with an awful odor that made our stay extremely uncomfortable. The condition of the room was unacceptable, especially considering the Wyndham name.
Even more concerning, my 5-year-old grandson slipped and fell in the bathtub due to it being extremely slick and unsafe. When I called the front desk to report the incident, I was shocked at the lack of empathy or professionalism. I was told there was a mat under the sink—which, I assure you, there was not. The manager’s response was not only dismissive but rude. Not once was an apology offered for the inconvenience or, more importantly, for the risk to my grandchild’s safety.
