When we arrived at the hotel the front desk attendant was pleasant. We checked out the pool and there were people in there that looked like there were on drugs. Funky smell around and inside the lobby. there was a dog in the pool with the people that seemed like it would attack any one who entered pool area. the room smelled weird. also, the was rotting food in microwave.

Hotel falling apart. Old, dirty exterior. Carpets old, stained and smells. Bathroom was clean and room had all basics microwave refrigerator tv and coffee maker (no coffee or filters). Noisy, dark room.

A few pros like cleanliness, room comfort and the continental breakfast. The cons made for a very disappointing stay. 1) two light bulbs needed to be replaced when i got to the room. 2)The day clerk did not include the ticket for the breakfast when I checked in. 3) The condiments for coffee had to be requested. 4) When i went to my room on the 2nd night i could not enter and the clerk at the front desk said I was put in for 1 night only instead of the 5 nights. After going back and forth for 10 minutes he called his manager Sandy White who finally found the error. It was at least 30 minutes later when i got back into my room. I had some hot food which i had bought that had to be reheated (and was not as enjoyable.) What was most disappointing is that, "I did not get an apology either from the day clerk who caused the problem or the Manager Sandy White for my inconvenience." That is the main reason I am writing this review. I am sure this is not common. So for those of you who are considering this hotel please keep in mind of what may go wrong and i hope this helps in preparing beforehand.~ Aloha from Hawaii!

nightmare

nice hotel 'but' disappointing service!
