Quite simply... DO NOT STAY AT THESE PREMISES!!! The photos shown on Booking.com and the website are lovely.... the premises themselves are terrible!! Smelly, small, dirty and very run down. Staff completely unhelpful.... When I complained about the rooms I was told the pictures were “old” ones!! 😂 In essence the photos were of a different property!!
The only good thing about this place is the location. 5 mins from Earls Court tube and some nice bars/restaurants. Very run down, the lift and basement level smelled horrific of urine. It was hot and stuffy, no air con. The room was awful, not sure it can be called an apartment because they put a microwave and kettle in a cupboard! Grime and dirt literally everywhere, the bathroom was ridiculous, dirty and you could barely turn around in it. Do not stay here. It is nowhere near worth the £92 for one night that we paid. Shocking.
Staying at the hotel makes me realize that if u pay for a cheap price to stay, you can expect cheap quality you will get. The room is not much clean, poor bed to sleep and lack of standardized quality in terms of space, room function, as it is called apartment. Not good to stay during summer due to no air-conditioner. However, staff service is friendly with certain support.
Stayed here for 4 nights. Good location, near a bus stop and 3mins walk to Earls court station. Helpful staff at the reception. Room is quite small but still ok. The house-keeping didnt really make-up the room . The bed sheet was'nt change unless you request to. The room was not clean everyday. The housekeeping just change the towels and empty the rubbish bin.
I slept on the streets one night in benidorm on a lads holiday its a pity i didnt sleep on the streets in london on my stay here because i felt dirtier coming out of here then i did on the streets in benidorm.. the pictures say it all
It does not reflect its description so Trade Description here. It was so hot and no air. The shower did not work - the room smelt of damp. The carpets were soiled. The lamp shade had holes in it so did the curtains. It was not cleaned so I did not even stay there on day two. Bloody awful
I stayed here for four nights in June on Business and was terribly disappointed with the room. My room was in the basement of the block over the road from the main reception. After finally getting access to the block after struggling with a faulty access card i was presented with a very grubby staircase carpet leading down to a dimly lit hall with yellowing doors. My room in the basement was good in size for one person and initially felt comfortable. However on closer inspection i released the apartment was actually very dirty with mould on the windows and dust every where. There was no toilet roll, no kitchen cloth or tea towel and one of the light bulbs at the end of the room was blown. The bathroom was a good size but the large sharp screw sticking through the bathroom door was dangerous every time you passed it. The shower unit was powerful but never got hot or even warm. With some TLC and thought this accommodation could be really nice. Some images on the wall may make the room feel less cold and a proper quilt would make a nights sleep more comfortable. The staff were very polite and when i asked for an ion they took the time to find one and deliver it to my room. Location wise this is in a good place. With Earls Court station 200 yards in one direction, a 24 hour supermarket in the other and a high street full of eateries just 5 minutes walk away.
Nothing like the pics on there website , tiny room, bathroom door hanging off, and a kitchenette in a cupboard. Fridge door broken also no remote for tv. Shall I go on , NEVER AGAIN . Also the Window blind didn't rise , Bed was ok tho, Just think for £200 for two days we expected a bit better. On top of that thin walls so we could here next door ,
My advice is to check the reviews on this residence, when I turn up the rooms advertise were miles away from the ones shown on the booking web-site. We refused to stay and never got our back. I was very embarrassed such a place was selling itself and took my international guest to another location. you will need to decide for yourself but I advise that you do not pre-pay and ideally see the rooms first
Hazard tape entrance is the only one on the street, that should be enough of a warning. Lift is like an upright casket, room was small but clean, tiny bathroom is built into the corner of the bedroom about a meter up to allow for plumbing so you climb up 3 steep steps into it and it's about 1.5x1.5mtr, it stank of suridge at times. Plus side it's central, close to the train station and cheap. But ultimately it's cheap for a reason and you get what you pay for.
