Loved our quick stay here, will definitely keep the Rosebery in mind in the future. They were even kind enough to allow for us to check in about an hour early (note we did message beforehand and they were transparent they’d try their best). Concierge was very kind, room was clean & spacious, and bed was comfortable. It’s about a 10 min walk from the Farringdon station (National Rail, Circle, and Hammersmith & City lines) and there’s a bus stop (38) right down the block. Admittedly, this place is ever so slightly out of the way from the big tourist attractions but I loved the area as I didn’t feel like I was surrounded by loud crowds or the possibility of some rando just entering. Lots of cafes and pubs around so there’s plenty of places to eat. The only silly issue was that I could not figure out how to drain the tub, the toilet flush got stuck, and I felt that the trash cans weren’t large enough if I had been cooking a meal. But none of this impacts my excitement to come back, especially because there was a dish washing machine and clothes washing machine! Honestly I feel like I paid way less than I should have for the room as this was a very nice stay. I totally recommend staying here, and this honestly would be a great place for anyone to stay.

Great location- 12 minute walk from Chancery Lane tube station. Rosebery Avenue is lined with plenty of bars and restaurant/takeaways. Rosebery market is a 6 minute walk away and buzzing on a weekend evening. The room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you’d expect and more. The spring water and milk in the fridge was a nice surprise. The beds are super comfortable all the sheets made from Egyptian cotton. For me personally, the customer service is what made this place. The staff go above and beyond and are very helpful; whether you’re speaking to them in person or ringing reception. They informed me of the baggage storage which was very useful for us. Thank you for a lovely stay

Really spacious, one en-suite room, both rooms had TVs in their rooms as well as another in the main living area. Desk space also to do work. Kitchen facilities great too. Once again would use this set up again with family or going with a friend to have our own rooms.

Clean room, very roomy apartment/flat for two people:) in our room one large window curtain needed repair but was functional, there is a bit of street noise you can hear but not too disturbing. The location was great, near several tube stations , one train station , and many surrounding restaurants/pubs. If you walk in one direction, it is more of an area that is surrounded by neighborhoods but again in opposite direction, within 15 min of walking, you are very close to start of shopping areas and another 10-15 minutes you’re in covenant garden soho etc. British museum also fairly close. I would stay here again. Of note, we had a bit of a hard time figuring out the washer/dryer, staff not helpful… and same with oven/ dishwasher, but they worked wonderfully once we eventually figured it out. If you are into watching TV on vacation, agree with others comments … odd location for TV. And if planning on working out the gym is clean/ average but really all u need for basic workout:)

The front desk staff was excellent - very accommodating and friendly. The location of this hotel is ideal - everything is close by. I was glad to have in-room instructions on how to use the appliances as I’m from outside the UK.

The property debited my card for the caution deposit despite my not damaging anything during my stay. When I reached out to Expedia, I was told that the property ‘forgot’ to process the refund. Hotels only place a hold on caution deposits so why would they even debit my account? As regards the property itself, whilst it wasn’t too bad a stay, it seems the hotel makes available most things you need, but in small and inconvenient sizes. The food waste trash can is tiny, washing machine is tiny and doesn’t dry, the soap dispensers kept getting bad and you would have to pump like 20 times before getting out a decent quantity of soap. The microwave was placed too high and the dishwasher is the smallest I’ve ever seen in my life. The full length mirror was placed in the closet in a very inconvenient position. Will I stay there again? Definitely not! The fee per night is a rip off for the standard I got.

This Aparthotel model worked really well for us - it's light on amenities (no room service, small lobby, etc), but we didn't need that. What it did provide was a large, clean, functional space that felt like home for our week-long stay. The little kitchen included an oven, cookware, stovetop, and even a small washer/dryer unit. There was plentiful closet space, and room for us to spread out. The location was close enough to two different tube stations to be relatively straightforward to get basically anywhere in the city, it's an easy walk to some shops and restaurants, and there are Lime bike parking spots just around the corner, making it even more convenient. Overall, a perfect match for my son and I to stay for 8 days.

The double glazing had extra lining around the windows. This was coming away and because of this the sounds from the road were louder than they should be. Also in the bathroom there is a vent/monitor which had a very irritating noise, like a mosquito buzz. Had to shut the bathroom door to sleep.
