Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful when answering our questions about the area. Everything was clean and comfortable. The room had a few free snacks that we took advantage of. Breakfast was excellent.

The front desk staff was amazing. They were super helpful with our trip. They celebrated my mom's birthday with a card and a small gift when they found out it was her birthday trip. They gave us directions for everything we needed to see and even gave great recommendations. They made a good trip amazing and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Also the location is a three minute walk from the Picadilly line. It is super convenient for travel to most, if not all attractions in the city and is on a direct line from the airport. There's food all around and beer right on the corner. It feels like a safe area to walk in, even late.

A very convenient hotel for travellers to London. Room small but very adequate with a lovely ensuite. Hotel staff very welcoming and helpful, Breakfast choice was excellent.

Nearly always stay near Earls Court and have tried several hotels near the tube station. We have found this to be the most updated and comfortable with friendly, responsive staff. The linens are good quality and the beds are very comfortable. Everything is nearby and the in-room fridge is great for storing items bought at the nearby co-op.

The hotel is very clean and centrally located. The staff was helpful. I did have a problem with the air conditioner and the staff moved me to another room with no complaint. I did miss a bathtub, shower only.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Indigo. The staff was remarkably welcoming and helpful! The hotel facilities were clean and especially quiet while in the thick of a residential neighborhood and within walking distance of major museums. We traveled via the tube which was within blocks of the hotel. Absolutely perfect neighborhood, and delightful experience during our stay!

An excellent hotel -- friendly staff, great location close to Earl's Court tube, quiet (surprising, giving the great location), very good european-style breakfast, restaurant also good. Free wine and beer in the fridge -- what could be better?

Nice Hotel , great location , very pleasant staff ,excellent breakfast , great value for the money. Room was too small . Not for families.

This hotel was perfect for me. Easy trip from Heathrow to Earls Court and the hotel is 2 blocks away. Earls Court gets you right on the District and Piccadilly lines which took me everywhere I wanted to go. Also walked a ton and this wasn't too far away (but have to want to walk). Room was small but I loved it. Super clean with a comfy bed. I used the hotel to sleep. Didn't eat there and when I left in the morning I was gone all day, so it was ideal for me. Very nice staff. I had room 301 which was sort of in between floors 2-3 and once the door was shut I never heard a peep. If you want a clean, comfy, convenient spot and don't need tons of room. It was perfect.

This hotel is a gem. The staff was very helpful. Thanks Christina for all your help. We will definitely use this hotel again.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It's located just a couple minutes walking distance from Earl's Court tube. There is a convenient market across the street and many restaurants in the area. I was especially impressed by the cleanliness of the entire facility including our room. Each day, our room was restocked with clean linens, coffee, tea, biscuits, etc... and our bed freshly made. I was especially pleased to find my shoes which I had casually kicked next to my bed nicely matched and lined up next to my suitcase. Housekeeping staff is to be commended! The hotel also provides a cell phone that you can take with you on your daily excursions and although the maps were a little slow to load they were quite helpful to navigate us around London. This is a place I would definitely stay again!

Indigo is a recently updated hotel with large well-appointed rooms and many amenities. Beds are comfortable and bath facilities are particularly large and tourist-friendly. Closet space is at a premium.

Nicely decorated hotel, the pictures are well chosen & inspirational. Staff are lovely & helpful, breakfast is fantastic!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone, room is clean & nicely decorated.

Great location near Earl's Court Tube stop for accessing London center and Heathrow. Quiet location. Staff couldn't be better. Italian restaurant in hotel 4/5 food quality. Excellent value. Negatives are limited places for clothing. (We don't take much with us). Toilet and shower drains slow to empty, (they quickly responded to our concerns).

good well managed and best hotel for access to tube

The place was quite contemporary, fairly decorated, clean enough (for a snob like me), and the staff was friendly enough. However, the room was so tiny, we literally felt suffocated. Thank God the air conditioner in our room was not working and they moved us...to an upgraded "suite" which was slightly larger than a room in The States. For London, it was amazing. So we are grateful for mechanical malfunctions!
