When we got in, things seemed great! The guy met us for late check-in, and even mentioned putting us in a larger suite due to the size of our family. He also said he would come back with an extra sheet and more towels since there were only 4 (& 6 of us). Well he came back and what he gave us wasn't a sheet. It wa a duvet cover. That was actually a good thing because the white comforter had a huge brown stain on both sides so we were able to use the duvet cover to cover it up. The next evening a kid showed up, knocked, and walked right on in. He had 4 more towels. I told my stepson to ask him for some cups as there were NONE in there. Nor were there any bowls or regular silverware, we had ONE dish towel, and NO hand towels for the bathroom. In addition, the outside door nob to the bathroom came off the on the first night and the the inside knob fell the next evening. So for the rest of the stay we had to yell, "I'm going to the bathroom. Don't come in." On Tuesday we texted our travel agent and he agreed to clean the apartment on Wednesday. Well, they vacuumed and took the trash out, but took our bath mat and dish rag. Unfortunately, the kid who dropped the towels was nowhere to be found. There is only one remote in the apartment for both TVs. One morning we woke up to the bathroom flooded. The sink faucet looked like it was off, but wasn't. The water was creeping up onto the counter of the faucet and down to the floor. Then the horrible marijuana stench leaking in to our apartment from somewhere. It lasted 4 days straight. I can understand some, but the smell was sooo strong and did not dissipate until the day before we were leaving. Lastly, there is no A/C. It was hot in the apartment all week.

Stopped here on a works visit to the capital. Right near the tube for easy access. Friendly staff but was a little hard to find as wasn’t signed anywhere. Nice room had no issues comfortable bed. The only problem I could find was there was no remote control for the tv in the bedroom

Dear tripadvisor. This place is horrible. Look at travellers comments. Most good rewiwes have left one rewiew and I suspect it is the owners leaving good reviews. As they use mostly the same vocablury.

Perfect customer service and great value for money. The check in was simple and very centered to our needs. The staff was very helpful and available when we needed them. I traveled with friends and we all liked the apartment. The apartment is noise proof which I really appreciated as I was traveling with a group of friends. The apartment was very clean and very specious, we had all the space we needed to relax and stylish as well. The area is near shops and convenient. I will be booking the same again.

AVOID! PLEASE READ! Booked this luxury apartment for me my partner and our children. Arrived to find dirty dishes in the dishwasher, broken fans, carpets filthy, door handles missing, beds broken, tv ariels missing, dirty bedding, toilet seat broken, boards missing from the kitchen, no utensils for a self catering stay, a delightful view of a load of bins and rubbish in the back alley. So much for a luxury lovely view over looking London! The whole place is beyond disgusting and un clean! Foot prints on the walls. You name it, it’s here, wrong on so many levels. Oh and let’s not forgetting the leaking shower and dirty toilet bowls. If I could rate this place that I’m sat in now minus points I would!!! As long as a place is clean and habitable I’m happy! This though, jeez, I’m so glad we are only here a night. Absolute utter disgrace DO NOT BOOK! Not even a clean toilet with a complimentary loo roll! I even went to the holiday inn at the end of the road to see if they had availability, unfortunately there wasn’t, and the man on reception told me that they get a lot of walk ins from people staying here. None of the bright airy rooms on the pics, no soft furnishings, oh and to top it off the kids found DRUG PARIFNALIA under the bed. Police and trading standard informed

We chose to stay at an apartment, as we thought it would be nicer than a hotel, traveling in a group of six. It was not worth it. The apartment was not very clean when we arrived and the carpets had not been vacumed. As you could see naked footprints from previous guest behind the bed. Sentral heating did not work and it was freezing. We were told to use the gas hob for heating. The apartment does not look anything like the photos. There are no bedsidetables, lamps, decroative pillows or blankets. Bathroom fittings were leaking and falling apart. There was visible leaking from the apartment above in the bathroom cealing. Had to ask them three times to get 6 towels. The kitchen is very dirty, we had to wash all dishes and cutlery before use. Dishwasher was unusable and falling apart. The apartment is situated in a rough and unpleasant neighboorhood.

Five of us spent a weekend in London, (celebrating a friend’s birthday). The good: we were upgraded to a room that had two bathrooms instead of one, as we had originally booked - which was great. Beds were comfy. Kitchen, main bathroom & living area were spacious. The bad: water in both bathrooms was lukewarm at best (not so nice in winter). Our en-suite had a mysterious leak, which lead to a constant wet bathroom floor & damp smell. Even though the apartment was clean, it could definitely do with a lick of paint and some TLC, (dirty walls, stained carpets etc.)

The location and apartment itself is ok. BUT, do NOT stay here! There were stains on the carpets and the apartment did not look like a ‘luxury’ apartment as stated on the website. When checking out the host looked around the apartment and pointed out that the window was slightly broken (which was not broken by me and my friends). The host DEMANDED £200 in cash on the spot. He took my phone, which was on charge, and said he will not give it back until we have given the cash. The host was swearing and being very patronising. I highly recommend to NOT stay here as it this is terrible and unprofessional behaviour!!!! Do NOT trust your visit with this accommodation as you will be scammed and threatended to pay for damage that you did not do. Absolutely DISGUSTING and unprofessional!!!!!!!!

Tried to contact apartment after booking to confirm check in, but there was no response. Eventually received a text message. On arrival I called to say I was there. I was then quizzed on the phone. How old are you? How many are staying? All girls or mixed? You have to pay £100 on deposit. It said nowhere on the booking that there would be a deposit. And why not ask the questions before I was standing outside the building on my phone in the rain. Reluctantly got cash out, and then was eventually let in. We had the “luxury penthouse” it was anything but luxury. Wardrobe doors were hanging off, only 1 out of 4 lights in the main bathroom worked, burns on the cushions, smashed coffee tables, fridge door was smashed, stained carpet. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. Outside furniture mouldy and disgusting. We could not gain access to the roof terrace, but it looked like a dumping ground for broken furniture. If all you want is a place to sleep fine. But you’d be better in the holiday in next door. Disorganised, unclean and far from luxury.

The issues we encountered are as follows: -carpet in master bedroom was disgusting with obvious drips -filter in coffee pot was not cleaned out -windows not on hinges in bedrooms so could not close properly and location very noisy (expected in London but not closing windows made this very loud) -clothes dryer did not work hung washing over the curtain railing at the window to dry -wifi not connecting at all -no air conditioning - we did not need but remember they list as luxury and in summer would be hot! -2nd bedroom had no bedside table , no wardrobe ..the only place to put your clothes was to keep them in your suitcase on the floor. -bathroom hat pot lights and only one of about 6 worked.... the area around the lights looked like water had come in or there had been a fire. -beds appeared clean but we could not wait to leave...
