Arrived at the Hotel at 12:20 with a view to dropping our bags off and checking in later, but was pleased to be advised we could check in and at no extra cost. Room was clean and spacious, breakfast had a good selection, although no fried eggs ☹️ and the coffee out of the machine, I used was cold, however, no doubt if I’d bought it to the staff attention I’m sure they’d have sorted it. Also, breakfast was available until 11:00 a.m…would definitely stay there again

The rooms were very small. I asked for an upgrade and the staff said there wasn’t one available .The refrigerator wasn’t working, I reported it. Maintenance said it was fine to use and my food spilled.

My sons sofa bed had a split matress so he kept splitting and he ended with his legs in between the slats. The matress on the queens bed was lumpy and squeaky.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hampton by Hilton London City. The room was spotless and the bathroom bright and clean. The shower was excellent. I also like the toiletries which were without chemicals. Breakfast was a great buffet and very nice staff. Haris one of the staff was very kind and smiley and offered great service. The only thing I'd add was the TV didn't operate on my 2nd day which was odd and I couldn't get an answer from reception when I called (but it was 10pm when I'd got back). Other than that it was perfect. A very quiet room even though it was close to the lift I didn't hear anything.
