The suite door would not completely close and consequently would not lock. A complaint to the front desk and later management fell on deaf ears. The issue was not resolved.

The best thing about staying at this hotel was the staff. Our son left a school library book under his pillow and we didn’t see it before we checked out. I figured it was a lost cause so I purchased a replacement for him to take to the school with our apologizes. When we took the new book to school the librarian said it was OK because someone returned the book for him. The hotel had mailed it to the school. That’s some awesome extra effort.
Customer service was great, fast check in, room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed.
Great stay. I just didn’t appreciate their sheets having stains on them. I had to ask for them to bring me different sheets. The housekeepers also don’t sweep inside of the closet and it shows. Outside of that, it was a pretty decent stay.

This was our 2nd stay, it was good. It gives you an at home stay feel. The kitchen, plates and utensils make a big difference.

The hotel is new, it opened a few months ago. And we had a wonderful stay. Staff, breakfast and room that is pretty much a studio were wonderful. The bathroom was huge.
Love this hotel. We booked 2 rooms here for 4 nights to visit family in Redlands. It looked as if they just opened so the lobby is modern and very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were amazing and the kitchenette was nice. The bathrooms were clean and upscale toiletries provided. The free breakfast was good and the lady working in the breakfast area replenishing was so very sweet every morning. Good location off the interstate but also near a main road that leads to shopping areas. Whenever we fly across the country to visit family again this will be my family's hotel of choice.
just about the best hotel customer service i’ve had in the last 30 years. the full kitchen makes this the obvious hotel choice for me when staying more than 2 nights
