My room had a door to the adjacent room. The guests in that room played live music with a guitar until after 1am on 1 night. There was little if any sound insulation at all. Those guests also attempted to open that door and gain entry into my room. The window for my room was sealed off and did not open. The room had no source of fresh air. The indoor air quality in the room was poor. The hotel charged $14 for each day of parking. This was a manipulative money grab.

Staff was execellent. Check in was efficient and pleasant. Rooms were well appointed and clean. East tower was close to highway so lots of traffic noise and the sun came in blazing early in the am so it was curtains closed.

Everything was wonderful!!!! Navy was AMAZING at check-in, he deserves all the gold stars and everything wonderful!!! Our room was clean and comfortable. The neighbors were quiet for the most part, we heard a few slamming doors but it wasnt a big deal. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept on. Shower was big and the water pressure was fabulous. My husband and I were very comfortable, very pleased with this hotel.

Wouldn’t stay here again.

Asked for a bed for a newborn said they weren’t sure if they had any. Brought a roll in bed and was upset they sent the housekeeper to bring the wrong bed. Had to call again to verify if they were bringing a bed and had to wait almost an hour. Come to check out I left milk for my newborns in the fridge before check out and I loaded up the car and my kids. Run back ups stairs and there’s items left in the fridge and they were gone by the time I got up there. Including alcohol. Left the open drinks on top of table a long with food that was left behind by the housekeeper. There was alcohol, also drinks for my kids took multiple other items in the fridge for them to be stolen from the housekeeper. 30 min before check out. Ridiculous would never stay here again.

Great value for a great hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the DoubleTree Hotel. Our room was clean and nicely appointed. We had a great room. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the buffet room. Well worth the extra $10 we paid.

Concert Trip Stay

The hotel is clean and beautiful, and beds including pillows are soft and comfortable. I was very disappointed with a few things, the first one being that the water pressure in the shower was horrible. We had to shower with low water pressure, requested maintenance to come they said 30mins than he showed up and I was in the shower because I was on a time crunch to get ready for an event. Than my sister asked him to come back he said 5 mins, and never returned. Secondly if you know your hotel guest are having reservations why is the shampoo, conditioner, and body washes not fully stocked so that we can have it to use, instead the bottle of conditioner was practically empty.

The property is average, but definitely not a 4 stars. I would say 3 stars at the most. The room was stuffy and the bad smell on the pillows, sheets, and blankets kept me up most of the night. The noise of the fan/air conditioner /heater is pretty loud if you like quiet place to sleep this is not for you.
