I overlooked the chaos and the two lines I had to stand in while checking in. Went to my room and everything was ok. Day two I return after being out and my room key doesn't work. I go downstairs to the lobby and no one is working in my tower. I call customer service and explain my situation to the rep and she berates me and hangs up on me. Really? That's how you treat your guests. Third day a whole trash bag full of garbage sat in the hallway all day. Next morning I get up to leave and it's still there. Come back that afternoon, and it's still there. Overall I'd say I'm disappointed compared to the other places I've stayed while visiting Las Vegas.

Hotel likes to push the time share. It was an acceptable and moderately priced facility. It is family friendly, but more like visiting the Florida panhandle.

I booked this hotel for the price but did not know that it was a timeshare. Staff was very friendly but just know that this is not a real hotel. There are no restaurants in the building except for a deli and there is also no room cleaning each day.

Family & kid friendly. Very comfortable & clean. Would definitely stay here again !

This hotel is just off the strip making it nice and quiet. No casinos no smoky atmosphere as in the majority of hotels here. An apartment well equipped complete with washing machine and kitchen. This is part of a time share complex so just ignore the request to go on the tour.

I stayed 3 days with my wife, kids and mother in a 2 bedroom suite, wow,it was big with 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining area.Casino shuttles were prompt and convenient to get to and from the strip.

It was a great place to stay that is tucked away from the busyness of the strip and the pools were great for the kids

Great place, eventhough they did yry scheduling us for a timeshare presentation, they were not very pushy when we turned them down. Overall great place for the family.

They are smooth about getting you into the timeshare presentation. But the room, pools, and free shuttle are definite perks. I will say you might consider comparing rates through the hotel directly for booking.

Room was beautiful and we'll appointed. Enjoyed amenities. Location was convenient to get to places we wanted to visit with grandchildren as well as being close to the strip for shows and dinners. Would definitely recommend this resort.

We got the 2 br, 2 bath unit. This is very good for 2 couples as has separate bedrooms/baths and a central living room. TV's in all three areas. Parking is free and convenient. I stayed there for the last 3 years and plan to stay again. Like most places they need to clean the HVAC ducts (A/C and heat)

Place is nice and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There are many amenities provided, which is great. I like the shaded parking, especially during hot weather season. My only complaint is the air conditioner in the room doesn't cool the rooms (except for the living room area) very well. The lowest temp that it cools down to is 72F or 73F, which is not that cool at all during very hot weather time.

great stay, would do it again when coming to vegas, i will definitely recommend it to friends and family

We stayed in the two bedroom deluxe. It had everything we needed. Staff was always helpful. The free shuttle to Harrah's was great.

Had a very stay at this facility. Staff were very polite and helpful. Room was very clean but had a little trouble with temperature settings. The tub facet would not turn off totally. The shuttle only goes to one site on the strip and would like to see it go to a few more sites along the strip. Other wise it was a great stay. t a

Its was great and convenient but I forgot.something in my room and they claim they couldn't find it. I was hoping that such a beautiful place like that would have honest staff. Besides that i would visit them again..

I had stayed here before as a guest of a timeshare owner, and found it to be absolutely perfect. Close enough to the strip, but not right in the thick of things. Very nicely maintained, and clean. Beds are comfy. It was great to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Courteous shuttle drivers, maintenance and cleaning folks. Check-in was quick and friendly, and I was granted my request to stay in Tower 3. Even the guy trying to sign us up for 'Timeshare Presentation' was quite amiable. When it can time to actually do the tour, a whole 'nother story comes out. So much for the no pressure. I felt anything but 'no pressure'. My Aunt, who was paired with a different salesperson, was actually treated quite rudely. For enduring the pressure tank, we were each rewarded with $150 Dining Dollars Vouchers, but they were only good at a few restaurants, and only good for 7 days. I was hoping I would be able to save some of them for my next trip there which happens quite frequently since my youngest grandbaby lives in this city. We did do a trip downtown to the Freemont Experience. My traveling companions loved that, but I was less enthusiastic. Too crowded and some of the places seem kinda grimy. We did enjoy the gambling at Silver 7's, which is close by, but off the strip. The food there is awful. The brews at Ellis Island are quite tasty. We went to a 'blues and brews' event at Wyndham sponsored by Ellis Island Brewery and Casino, and then had a free shuttle to the brewery. Stanley, our shuttle driver was very accommodating, and even took us by a store to pick up a few things. Very nice touch! All in all, a very pleasant time, and the weather was absolutely wonderful.

What's Great: We booked and received a beautiful 2-room suite. 2 full beds in one room, one large king in the other. We loved the location; I like being away from the strip, and this was just right. About one block behind MGM hotel. It's a nice walk if you are going to the closest casino (PH/MGM vicinity; if you are going further than that, it's too far in my opinion. Those casinos are farther apart than they look! Parking was busy at times, but really was not an issue, and there was always a security guard around at night. We also had a great view of the strip from Tower III...that might have been luck. We also liked having 3 TVs at our disposable...very nice for our parents/kids/grandmother situation. Beds were seriously comfortable. Could be better: For such a nice place, the walls are pretty thin. We were right next to the electrical room, and I could hear every word of the heart-to-heart talks of the a.m. staff working in there. Luckily there were no noisy neighbors to be found, so we got off pretty easy on that one. The water pressure was pretty lame, but we survived. The couch(just as a place to sit) is dreadfully uncomfortable as well. Pillows on the beds were also a bit like sleeping on mud. The bad: Checking-IN. They ask you for every detail...occupants, ages, etc...at check-in time rather than having you input that at the time of your reservation. They also said that my stay was split 3 nights/1 night and were originally going to have me change rooms for the last night. I was puzzled by this as I made a pretty straightforward reservation for 4 nights/5 people. Not sure if this came from the online booking or the facility. Luckily they kept me in the same room with no drama. Most Unpleasant: The absolute worst thing about this hotel is that they are high-pressure sales timeshare. You are forced to see the sales people because you have to pick up your parking pass from them. There is a lot of pressure on you to agree to take some "free" attraction tickets and sign up for an hour long tour. The sales rep we had was somewhat threatening, saying if I didn't just sign up for a breakfast tour, my phone would be ringing "day and night, 24-7." I managed to get out of there with no timeshare contract or scheduled tour, but be ready for the onslaught! It is actually sad because many people might fall in love with this place and be interested in purchasing a week if they were given a chance to ease in and explore without someone trying to shove a contract down their throats. Definitely not cool, but I guess that's the business. This last issue is the *only* thing that would keep me from booking again and helping them turn profit on those unused timeshare units.

It was great. The only problem is internet. In tower one is totally useless. We got different room in tower two and was better. Not perfect thou...

I stayed at the Wyndham on a two bedroom 8/2013 Im so happy that I made the right decision this place is incredibly spacious the master bedroom is huge! Kitchen is a + costumer service was great they called twice on are stay just to make sure everything was ok. I most definitely would recommend this place to family and friends Thank you for all your hard work!!
