Great room. The hotel room was clean and comfortable

Enjoyed the hotel, our second time there. One issue was the clientele on a fight night were too loud, rowdy and not well behaved. We were staying with a group of 8 and caused us to travel different elevators between rooms and the bad behavior was not limited to one group.

A rough start with check in and being sent to someone else’s room but it ended nicely.

Center of strip! Easy access to everywhere. Would definitely stay there again! Its beautiful. Great views!

Looks fine, the people in the front desk was so kindly, but the room was very old, it was expensive too much money for a simple and basic room

Orbitz really needs to remove the complimentary free breakfast from Wicked Spoon, we got charged for it. The hotel staff had no clue about it and asked for a coupon or some kind of ticket. Not cool lost $78 dollars.

Beautiful hotel. Located in the middle of the strip. We ended up getting upgraded to a suite with a balcony view of the Bellagio fountains. All the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a newer hotel with beautiful facilities. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff took unusually long to fulfill most requests, but were very friendly and professional.

great experience.. and i don't like LV. Great room with terrace and real fresh air, fantastic customer service, attentive to all our needs, quiet for sleeping, fantastic bed... definite go back for me

Enjoyed my stay. Great view and room. Would highly recommend others to stay.

Fabulous Hotel and Room. The One Bedroom Terrace Fountain View Room was awesome, including a large Terrace, soaking tub, large walk-through shower, and living area. The staff was amazing. Won't stay anywhere else in Vegas.

Always lavish and luxurious at the Cosmopolitan. Love their styling, their staff and their attention to detail.

Everything in this hotel is amaaaazing ! The room was very clean , beds are so comfy, pools stunning , staff so frienfly , ambiance is top notch !

First, I rated staff as disappointing but it was only Marquee Day Club (MDC) staff. Everyone else was very professional and friendly. I've stayed at this property several times and am a Marriott reward program holder. My friend and I decided to go to the MDC for the day. When we got inline, the guy checking our ID said "Give me your ID", no please/thank you. As we entered the elevator the guy told us to "hurry up and get in"....when we got to the pool area looking for a host to get a cabana but no one was available to help us, the security guy said he would get someone for me....the host was walking over and then stopped to help some one else that arrived after us...we stood there waiting for almost 25 minutes before leaving and going to the other pool. The next day we went to Aria and got a Cabana - way better service. But I really liked all other parts of the Cosmo and will go again - just not to the pool (MDC). #RudePeopleLoseBusiness
