Amazing hotel and we all had a wonderful time at the different restaurants and especially at the pool

Amazing !Amazing hotel amazing staff they were so kind and sweet and I even upgraded my room

Very nice staff room was beautiful but be prepared to pay a lot if you want to eat at any of their restaurants And gamble slow and drink fast or you will pay crazy prices for drinks

Group of 10 stayed here. Check in was a breeze. The girl gave us a nice room with a great view of the Bellagio fountains. Room was excellent with comfortable beds and the biggest TV I've ever had in a hotel room. Staff was super friendly.

Hotel staff was amazing, great atmosphere. Room view of Fountain was awesome. Only down side was how stiff our mattress was.

This hotel is a must if you are wanting to stay in Vegas in style. Two pools, spa facilities, and amazing food options. If you sign up with the rewards programs, you get a complimentary $10 for your stay. My only complaint is that there is no microwave in the room to reheat leftover food. But the room layouts are gorgeous. Lights and room controls are operated by an iPad, proxy cards are used for room entry. Very swanky and classy hotel for the modern traveler.

Great room and service, but everything in the lobby area smells like cigarettes.

This was our first time here and I was very pleased. The decor was great and the room was impressive. Very spacious room with a great view in the middle of the strip. Absolutely no complaints. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Slow drainage in the shower and sinks. No refridgeator.

Although this review may sound like we didn't like it, we actually did like staying at The Cosmo. It has a sexy feel to it, especially since it's in the heart of Sin City. We're not hard to please and highly demanding but there were some not-so-great negatives. When we first arrived to our room, right outside our door was some disgusting used room service dishes. The next day, someone removed them but food had spilled onto the floor. Later, someone removed the dishes and picked up most of the spilled food but never swept the floor, leaving bits of food right outside of our door. Then, in the bathroom, BOTH of the vanity sinks had horrible drainage problems. In order to use them we had to run the water at a trickle; otherwise, the sink would back up. Further, my wife hurt her finger and let one of the sink's water run - at a regular flow - to clean herself up. She forgot about the back up and just a few minutes later, the entire sink almost overflowed onto the floor. Because it backed up, the overflow holes in the sink were useless. Finally, the hallway carpeting is horrible - at every single door entry, there are dark stains in front of the door - it looks as if it has never been cleaned.

Great! Everything great! The check-in process took a little while, but that was to be expected on a Friday night in Vegas. Everything else went smoothly, I asked for late check-out time and was granted that as well. I also checked out on Saturday morning but they held on to my bags until the evening so I did not have to drag it everywhere. Great place to stay.

Went to Las Vegas for my birthday weekend, the front desk staff were super sweet. I mentioned it was my birthday and they gave me a room with a view of the Belliago fountains and strip then when I returned to the room, they had placed a birthday card and chocolates in my room. That was great customer service, totally unexpected, and very much appreciated. Still a new hotel and yet they just finished renovating the room, and ithe room was amazing with modern/contemporary decor. I will be back before the year is up and already know I’ll be right back at.

It’s modern and nice and clean. Should provide wireless speaker for mobile phones.

Amazing room setup and views! Had everything we needed and more! Perfect location on the strip#

Amazing Vegas hotel. There with my hubby and two boys (6&10.) Amazing staff, room, mod style, cleanliness. Best and nicest room bathroom I've ever had. Loved the artwork every where. Busy, but it's Vegas! Chelsea pool area fabulous. Loved the in-pool recliners. Room on the 59th floor with gorgeous Vegas view including the Bellagio fountains. Great drinks at a mixology bar...seriously the best "dark & stormy" I've ever had. Truly 5 stars all around. This is the only place I'll stay next time I'm in Vegas.

I will always make sure I stay at this hotel every single time I’m in Vegas. The staff was great as soon as we stepped out of the cab from the airport and the room was incredible.

Love the hotel & its location. Would definitely go back to stay with the family.

My husband and I celebrated our 35th Wedding Anniversary at the Cosmopolitan and we enjoyed every minute. We had a great view of the fountain at the Bellagio, a great jacuzzi tub and all the modern upscale amenities. We dined in for breakfast and it was DELICIOUS! They even have there own FEDEX facility at the hotel, which was my only complaint. We had a package sent to us and no one knew where FEDEX was, so we walked around and around asking everyone that worked at the hotel where it was. Finally after my daughter called we were told where to go. We would have paid to have the package delivered to our room but we’re not given that option. Overall, we had a great stay with good food, shopping and everything within walking distance.

Awesome! Definetly coming back soon! Best hotel I have ever stayed at in Vegas.

Great location. Excellent room with balcony view. However it is rather expensive compared to other hotels in area
