Cosmo was as advertised! Upscale rooms, friendly/helpful staff, plentiful variety of restaurants and bars. Wouldn’t have to leave the resort if you didn’t want to. Plenty to do. Excellent stay.

The property is beautiful but the service falls short every time. We checked in and our room was not available. Instead of upgraing us into a better room they gave us a samller room. The person at the front desk offered a credit that was never applied to the final bill. The next day I aproached the front desk to request a room change and the person in charge sent me to do a 45 min line to get served. I explained the situation and the guy just ignored me and said "it is what it is". Upper management needs to train their staff to match at least the service I get in a Mcdonalds. We all left this place with a bad taste in our mouths. I have emailed the front desk manager CALEB BUICK and still haven't received a reponse or my final bill. Horrible customer service.

Staff was amazing and courteous. Only reason the stay was not excellent was due to hotel overbooking rooms. I was not guaranteed my room tier on first. Second night room did not disappoint. Excellent views from balcony and clean and modern hotel.
