When it rained the plaster from the ceiling fell onto the desk and floor of our room. The carpet also flooded. When they offered the upgrade of a room with a view, we were right next to the roller coaster and heard people screaming and the motor of the coaster going until hours of the morning. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The casino part was a lot of fun.

Very clean and great casino. Very clean and friendly helpful staff.

Nice hotel great view great service everything was close by. The area was great and would definitely come back.

Love hotel suite very big and comfortable. Hotel staff very nice. The view is beautiful.

The hotel is a site to see, a lot of things to do in one spot. it was good we didn't stay in the room for long rather than to sleep, the AC was horrible. compared to the rest of the hotel and casino, our room was hot.

I paid for concierge package as anniversary celebration and they totally messed up. Other than that it was ok

This was my 2nd time staying here and everything was great. We got checked in early with no problem. Love the restaurants, and I also love that there's so much to do in this hotel. I'm definitely coming back next year.

Looking for a cheap stay NY NY is your place. Decent hotel but lots of kids. Very smoky. Rooms were dated. Good views. Food options were great and very reasonably priced. Great location! Overall the hotel is eh, ok at best. I will probably never stay here again though.

Nice hotel. Getting to your room is a long distance to a elevator and not buffet dining offered

First time at this hotel and I was very impressed. I would come back. Eating facilities were perfect. Love!

Great hotel with lots to do. Delicious food, fun atmosphere. Nice place to relax and enjoy yourself.

Everything was nice. But there wasn’t enough towels, not enough pillows. Housekeeping did leave extra towels at our request. The room seemed a little “dated” and could use an upgrade. The last night there it seemed there was an issue with the Air Conditioning in the room. It couldn’t cool off the room whatsoever. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.

The staff at the chin chin were excellent. Very friendly the food was great. Told me where to go to tske pictures.

I was surprised to find out we had to pay for parking, I personally would look for a hotel where I don’t pay for parking during my stay.

Great hotel. Vegas is an awful place, but the room was clean, and staff was friendly. Took my little girl to see Hamilton, and she wanted to ride the roller coaster at the hotel. Mission accomplished. Just don't go outside. Naked showgirls, drunks and all sorts of foolishness out there.

Good place. Nice restaurants and staff. Fun gambling floors. I like the Pit Bosses - they were funny and very accommodating.

this hotel needs to lower prices on their smaller rooms and keep the casino open longer with more tables and not close all the shops so early. nice restaurants and good location.

New York New York is a nice smaller casino. The rooms were clean and nice. It is close to the MGM Park ( former Monte Carlo) you can catch the tram to the Bellagio from the MGM Park. It is better than walking the crowded streets. The casino dealers were GREAT and very friendly. Really enjoyed the blackjack table! There is a Starbucks as well as several nice restaurants available and all have very good food.

This is a cool hotel; a little complicated to navigate when first arriving. Different elevators go to different towers, which means you must carry your luggage across the casino with people walking everywhere. Would be nice if entry could be made from parking garage into registration and then rooms. But, the hotel is very nice. Many restaurants and shops are inside the complex. I would come back.

Overall a good experience. Rooms need some TLC. Our 17th floor view would have been nice except for the dirtiest hotel windows I have ever seen.
