Didn’t like that the casino was smoking. I hate being in smoking places so it really caused me issues with congestion and breathing.

Great place to stay. Will defintely stay here next time in visit Las Vegas.

The experience at this hotel was not great. Not only was some of the staff rude, money was stolen from my wallet that was In the room when we went downstairs to grab breakfast.

This place has nothing, no convenience, no amenities, and the staff are rude. No choice in room, no bathrobes, barely any soap, I mean when I say the room are empty, I do mean empty. Also, I booked a block of 10 rooms for my group, two were given free upgrades, 1 was offered an upgrade at a cost, and one was offered an upgrade at a different cost - all for the same upgrade level. Do not stay here for any reason. This place is unprofessional and has zero quality.

The room had no fridge. No plastic cups to use outside of room to avoid asking for more glass cups. The maid almost walked in on us since she didn't knock. There is no ventilation in the bathroom.

The room was nice. The pillows were uncomfortable though Room was clean and the staff were VERY friendly. Nice hotel. But we noticed the ventilation in most of the casinos seemed off. Noticed the smoke more than previously

The room was clean and comfortable. But they offered us an upgrade for $20/ night for a slightly larger room and pillow top bed. That would have been great except the room was next to the maintenance storage so we had maintenance banging against the wall and door constantly. Along with the General noise coming from the hall. It totally killed the benefit of the room upgrade. When I complained I was told “oh sorry” with no solution to rectify the situation. Do to the lack of customer service I will not be staying there again. Also, the “resort fee” of $89 is a little steep considering the pool was closed, and you still have to pay for parking on top of that.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel, however, I don't understand the resort fee. The pool wasn't open. Noise outside room could get LOUD.

New York New York is centrally located which made it easy to get to other Casino and various show while I was in Vegas.

bathroom lighting was poor and TV remote didn't work- repairman had to come to reprogram the remote. no mini-bar/refrigerator in room, and that was not made obvious in any of the room descriptions.

My only gripe about Vegas now is th charg for parking. Still not used to that extra expense coming to Vegas when it used the be free

Enjoyed my stay, very quick access to mgm and Excalibur.

Stayed 6 nights for pleasure. wished the hotel had a band or something to be entertained by while having a couple of drinks. the club was closed during our stay.

Location is good. It’s at the end of the strip but still easy access to everything. The only thing that was missing was a microwave and fridge.

from the moment we checked in everyone was so helpful. the meal were to best the meeting rooms were very nice new York new York the inside was undescrible. we walked to other hotels but was glad to return to new York new York.

We arrived in Las Vegas at 7:30 AM. We went to the front desk and asked if we could have an early check-in... they were more than happy to accommodate us...

My stay at New York New York was average rating I have been to Vegas 9 years in a row staying in less expensive casinos with same experience staff very helpful the gambling was not as good but that happens

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and in a great location on the south side of the strip.

The room was comfortable. The hotel was exciting. The food choices were great. We had a great time.

I had requested a king room and was informed after I arrived that was not going to happen, would have changed hotel but due to the rodeo was not able due to availitblity.
