Charming 2-bed, 1.5-bath ranch home on a former 1-acre horse ranch, blending rural tranquility with city convenience. Enjoy a cozy living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and

This is an 1,100 sq. ft first floor home. There is an upper unit which was converted into a 1 bedroom apartment for my son, but currently is being rented out as a short term rental. There is a private separate entry to the left side of the home. There is a fireplace with remote controlled candles. There is a master room with a king size bed and 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed.
There is a full bath and 1/2 bath. There is washer/dryer. There is tandem parking. Also note that this property is located on an acre of a former horse ranch. It has its own water well, which is pumped up and goes through a filtration system.
