I paid for a corner room with a strip view...we tried to check in early (11 ish) and there was no room available. They said they would text when a room was available and that rooms weren't available (guaranteed) until 4 p.m. We never received a text. Spent $350 at the pool and checked in at 5ish only to find they gave all the corner rooms with strip views to other people. In a 60 floor hotel they put us on the 10th floor and fac ing the highway and an electrical substation. Non-existent customer service in talking with the person at the desk and again calling from the room. Customer service is everything in Vegas. It was clear the hotel was not fully booked. Just plain and simple did not meet expectation.

It was nice but the tower is so far from everything in the resort

Even though the cost of the room through Orbitz the deleno hotel charged 80.00 on my card. Even though I only used one cup of coffee

Pro: minimalist room design, spacious luxurious 2 room suites, exclusive feel. Con: have to go to Mandalay Bay for everything, not much Delano specific amenities, room TVs would continuously lose service.

Very nice property had to cut trip short due to Coronavirus

Likes: Clean and spacious room (panoramic suite). Clean hotel halls and lobby. Dislikes: Parking costs ($15 per day). Lack of staff at front desk; lines were too long. No hot water on last night of my stay. View from room was not what purchased. Cost.

Super clean and the bed sheets are perfect—this is going to be our hotel when we go back to vegas

The rooms are very spacious. There is a good size family room and half-bath separated from the bedroom and large main bath. The bed was extremely comfortable

We have stayed at Delano many times before in the past, but the property is not holiding up. There were many problems with the hotel and our room during our stay. It was so bad we had to move rooms.

Beds are comfortable. Quite location and the set up of the rooms are nice and very relaxing. Don't like how there was not a refrigerator or microwave in the suite. And how there wasn't any hot water in our room. The maintenance man left some water over the floor and used our towels to half clean up the water, leaving us without drying towels. Front desk was generous and removed a couple resort fees but this was a little disappointing.

The hotel was nice and clean. The tram to neighboring hotels was a plus. Our room had a few issues. We finally got warm water in our bathroom sinks on the lasr day after i let the water run for about 5 minutes. Other than that it would stay cold. The sheets made my husband break out in a rash. He had to sleep fully clothed. The iron didn't work. No extra blankets in the room. When i commented on these things they provided a number for me to call before check out but both times i was on hold over 5 minutes. So i guess they didn't really want to discuss them. And i couldn't use the fridge. It was 100% for their mini bar. $50 charge to put any personal stuff in the fridge. $167 dollars in resort fees for this? I understand things can happen but they should have done something to make it right.

They have a nice wave pool and overall we liked to be there. All amenity is fair and room was clean.

Beautiful hotel as expected for the price. Small things dont seem to matter... Wifi, Hot Water, 3.00 Soda in machine eating my cash with no return, "Resort Fees" when you arrive...50$ per day, which is standard for the robbery in Las Vegas. Concierge service was excellent.

My room was fabulous, I loved my scenery room. The property the staff the food everything excellent. I would definitely stay there again. My only issue was during check in. I was blind sided by the $300 hold on my card. That hold should have been explained during the booking process just like the $125 resort fee. Other than that, no complaints. Great trip/experience

Great value for a 4 or 5 star hotel. Our suite was very spacious, nicely furnished and very clean and quiet. The property is listed as not having a casino, but it is part of a contiguous multi-hotel/casino MGM complex, so one does not need to leave the property or even go outside to find a casino. There are dozens of restaurants and shops in the complex as well. One area that could be improved is the check in process. Although there were no lines at check in like we saw at other nearby hotels, and the front desk personnel were very courteous, our room did not become available for two hours after we checked in (check in is listed as 3:00 PM and we arrived around 3:30). One additional note: Use caution with the mini-bar in the room. The items in the mini-bar are electronically monitored and you will be charged for an item if it is moved even slightly. We were incorrectly charged for two items that we did not use. To the hotel's credit, they removed the charges when I called to question them.

did not realize how far it was to walk from there to center of strip

I would have liked a microwave in the room and room in the refrigerator to add my own things.
