Love the 24/7 heated pool and jacuzzi and breakfast spread !

The room, bath, and bed were really old....not well kept.

Beds were comfy, I thought the room was pricey. But overall was ok. We had late check in and early check out, so we couldn’t try the breakfast or go in the pool.

We chose a Best Western Plus because they are usually really great and worth the cost. We booked this hotel as a treat after a long vacation of traveling all over in our car. We were looking forward to a comfy bed, a warm breakfast we didn’t have to cook, and relaxing in the hot tube while our kids swam in the pool. We were given a key to the wrong room and the check-in staff grumbled about having to give us the key to the right room. The room we got had major issues with water not draining in the sink or shower so we were literally standing in whatever was down the drain and what came off of us. The sheets were very cheap, thin and scratchy. The mattresses were sagging and the head of the beds were lower than the foot. There was molding in the shower and we could hear everything going on outside our door, which was right by the stairwell. The hot tube was closed and the heated pool wasn’t very warm at all. We went to breakfast 10 minutes after they started and two trays were already out of food. The gal came to refill it but not with enough to serve everyone at that time. The only thing this hotel has going for it was its location, which was walking distance to a number of food places and shopping. Other than that, I would say BW dropped the ball on this location. We won’t be back.

I liked the property’s location. It’s in a very nice area, away from the strip, but close to restaurants. It is also close to Red Rock Canyon State Park. Our room was large, the bedsheets smelled clean and fresh. We enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was Clean and the staff was friendly...price was great

I tried to check in late. Even after calling and being told it would not be a problem to check in late and paying with a different card. I arrived to find out my reservation was canceled and my room was given away. They were sold out and gave my room away.

Clean property and helpful staff. Easy access to food and gas stations.

Room was very clean. Spacious too. Quiet location close to stores and restaurants. Away from downtown if you are looking for something out of the way. Nice staff. Did not use pool this trip so cannot rate, but is open 24hrs

Everyone was super helpful and kind. The location is also super convenient for good food.

I like Bestwestern but disappointed they didn't give me right room, hotel was full, so I had to sleep on sleeper sofa.

The employees are helpful and professional. Rooms are clean.

The visit you had is not typical of the pleasant stay that our visitors are accustomed to having at our Best Western. We are happy to resolve any issues encountered by guests. I will instruct the maintenance team to correct any drain problems and have the bathroom regrouted. Our breakfast attendant works hard to keep our food items fresh and full.
