My group and I stayed here two nights in March for a birthday trip. The strip was practically sold out, or way out of our price range. So we came across the best western. The price was fair for the dates we stayed. The common areas were all well kept. Everything seemed modern and in good condition. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful. My only complaint was in my room there was a huge red stain near the mini fridge. It didn't really bother me, but I could see it being off putting to some. Overall great experience. I'm a hotel manager in Sedona Arizona and have already referred guests to stay at this best western when visiting Vegas. Jose and Ashley were very helpful. It was nice to see Jose's drive to make sure the guests had a good experience. He greeted us with a smile and I could tell he enjoyed his job.
The hubby and I were moving from Colorado to California and we're very grateful we found this hotel! We were traveling with 2 dogs and a cat. The front desk was very accommodating and helpful. Room was spacious, clean, and cozy. I normally don't like sleeping in hotel beds because they're not comfortable, however there bed was amazing! We'll definitely keep Best Western Plus in mind next time we travel!!
Dates: 03/24 - 03/26 Family Room: We were on the bottom floor, seemed a little gloomy. Quite a bit of noise from the upper floor. Requested a top floor, nothing available. The room was a little small and dark. Bathroom is tiny. One sink. Difficult for 4 people to change/shower. The beds are comfortable, although they are on a vinyl dust cover... so the mattress slides off easily... weird. Large fridge, Keurig coffee maker. Internet was pretty poor at best.. probably because of our location in the basement... Hotel: The hotel overall is clean, good location. Close enough to the strip or Red Rocks. Very safe location. Pool: The pool is nice and clean. Hot tub needed some maintenance. Turn on the jets and within 2 min, there was a foot of foam. Open 24/7 which is kind of cool! Breakfast: Breakfast was standard Best Western (scrambled eggs, biscuits, sausage, pancakes, cereal, etc). Missed not having boiled eggs though. The gal attending to the breakfast bar was one of the BEST I've ever seen. She was always busy stocking and cleaning - KUDOS for her! It was appreciated! Overall it's a good hotel, I'd just request a top floor, like I always do (but didn't get). Rooms are a little small, but beds are comfortable. Very safe location, plenty of parking/restaurants nearby.
Great place to get some sleep while in Vegas. Very quiet away from all the noise. Very clean rooms with comfortable bed. This BW has a very courteous and attentive employees. Breakfast was decent and parking lot well lit.
Wanted to check out the Summerlin area new homes. Hotel was convenient, very clean, pet friendly an overall five star visit. Would stay here again. One of the best pet friendly hotels we have stayed in.
If you're not a fan of the smoky casinos in most hotels in Vegas, this is the place for you! It's quiet, clean, comfortable. Free breakfast offered everyday, a pool, fitness room, and an in-room whirlpool tub as well. It's a ways from the Strip and there's no shuttle service. It's about a $70 cab-ride from the airport so you'll definitely need a car if you're staying here and traveling to the Strip.
Our room and everything else was clean at this motel. The bed and bedding were comfortable, and our room was very quiet. We used their fitness center, which had a capable weight machine, free weights, and three aerobic machines including treadmill. We did not use their pool but saw that it was very clean. Breakfasts were good and varied from day to day. The front desk staff was very helpful. Ashley printed us maps of Las Vegas and directions to nearby Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and brought them to our room.
Clean quiet and friendly. Staff very helpful and also room extremely clean. Nice pool. New renovations. Perfect for short stay convention. I was impressed with ease of registration. Coffee should be better.
Good value. Manager didn't charge me for one night after I inadvertently booked 2 rooms for 4 nights instead of 3. I made the reservations just a day after my mother died at a nearby assisted living facility so I wasn't thinking straight. She understood.
Quiet side of vegas. Near the Red Rock and Summerlin areas. Simple but comfortable hotel near my office. So it was very convenient for me. Very friendly and helpful staff. Jasmin, Jose and Ashley will make sure you're taken cared of, even though there are lots of guests to attend to. Even the cleaning crew makes you feel right at home. They are friendly and warm.
