Good value. Manager didn't charge me for one night after I inadvertently booked 2 rooms for 4 nights instead of 3. I made the reservations just a day after my mother died at a nearby assisted living facility so I wasn't thinking straight. She understood.
Quiet side of vegas. Near the Red Rock and Summerlin areas. Simple but comfortable hotel near my office. So it was very convenient for me. Very friendly and helpful staff. Jasmin, Jose and Ashley will make sure you're taken cared of, even though there are lots of guests to attend to. Even the cleaning crew makes you feel right at home. They are friendly and warm.
The building dates from when motel rooms were small, bathrooms were tiny, and elevators were a luxury. That's why the present owners had to have an elevator installed a couple of years ago, and why the only place it could be added was at the opposite end of the building, as far away from the reception desk as it's possible to get. But that's just about the only drawback to this beautifully-updated, well-maintained, and well-managed motel. The breakfast is good as motel breakfasts go, with very good scrambled eggs and sausage links, and a good selection of the breads, fruits, and cereals that you would expect. There is some baffling signage. What in the world does "Exit discharge this level 1 through 3" mean when it's posted at a stairwell? It is not at all obvious that the lobby is actually on level 2, so unless you notice the inconspicuous label stuck next to the elevator button you can easily find yourself exploring all three floors, looking for the lobby, like both my wife and I did. Somebody from management needs to take a hard look at their direction signs through the eyes of someone unfamiliar with the building's layout. The rooms are newly updated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Despite being next to a busy intersection, our room was quiet and we got a very good night's sleep. A huge bonus is that a very, very good Italian restaurant, Chef Marc's Trattoria, is a short walk away, and if fine dining isn't what you want, there are good chain restaurants close by.
Jose is always helpful with area stuff around hotel, and is very friendly every time I stay there. the staff is also very friendly..but Jose is the best employee there...Please give him a raise. this hotel proves an excellent value and is located in a nice area.
For a Best Western this was above average. The hotel was clean and was kept up. We didn't want to be on the strip so it was perfect. Most of our business was in West Las Vegas and North Vegas so it worked out perfect.
Good property. They have a krug for coffee maker. Parking is a little limited if you do not want to walk a long distance. Breakfast was a little better than the standard properties. Check in and check out was good, no problems. Will visit this property again in the future. I have enclosed a picture of the room I was in.
If you are in the north west area of Las Vegas and looking for a place to stay that caters to the individuals who are not there to gamble or dine on buffets, I would highly recommend this Hotel. I wish there were more of these choices when having to travel to Las Vegas. We were in town for a memorial service and did not want to be surrounded by cigarette smoke, slot machines and large groups of people. This was a very pleasant experience!
This was a pleasant stay on the west side of Las Vegas NV, close to Red Rock Canyon, casinos near and lots of restaurants, airport 20 min away. Swimming indoor pool and hot tub, showers, towels, tables, chairs, nice area. Overall clean.
This hotel was convenient for us to stay at the end of a family gathering. We are from California. It just seem like a lot of money for a few hours though. Everything was very nice clean. The staff was friendly. The rooms are nice.
Great place to unplug from the hustle and bustle of the vegas strip. It's about 15 minutes away and is accessible via Uber/taxi in case you don't have a car. Rooms are tastefully decorated, water pressure is strong, breakfast is very nice and food is freshly cooked. Beds are great --best sleep I've had! They are generous with pillows too which I really liked. There's a guest laundry room in the ground floor which was helpful and 7-Eleven is accessible from the place so in case you need anything quickly you can find it there.
