Resort fee ridiculous. Forced gratuities at every shop. Option to decline hard to use. Ridiculous to give a tip for drawing a cup of coffee. Pay employees fairly. Don't chisel the customer. Hotel doesnt send receipt automatically. Customer has to go on line to get it Its ok to gouge tge customer in tge casino. Dont gauge guest at every other turn

The hotel was beautiful. The location was perfect given it was in the middle of the strip and you could walk Yo many of the other hotels and attractions. The only issue we encounter was one of the days we had to call twice to housekeeping because our room was not clean by the morning team and it was not until the second call when they send a lady to clean and change linens. At the end she did a nice job but I did not like having to wait while she was doing her job.

Beautiful hotel - all of what you would hope for in a 5-star hotel.

Exceptional spot!. Architecturally beautiful, Well maintained. Room was nicely decorated and QUIET! Multiple choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All staff very helpful! Only drawback was the check in. With 3,000 rooms, there are large numbers of people checking in each day. Line to check in was longer than expected.

It was quiet a rush on July 6th as we rocked and bounced on the 19th floor because of the 7.1 Ridgecrest, CA earthquake. We had tbe Grandest time. Thank you :)

I got food poisoning from the spage restaurant shortly after checking in and spent the entire rest of my trip in my room till my flight home worst experience of my life

Seemed to have a little bit of everything. But too expensive and not well staffed to help you.

The room was dirty. There was a ball of hair as I entered. There were hair strands on the bed. The chair and its pillow were covered in mold. I sent an email to their hotel and all I got was a sorry. Definitely, not going to this hotel!

Needs more food options. Food court or late night quick food. Smoking in rooms should be banned. Hotel smelling like cigarettes. Very crowded in casino.

The checkin and check out is nightmare the room eas dusty and had a funky oder

The location was very good, the view was nice, and the restaurants offered are sufficient. I wish the gym was 24 hours though and that you are allowed to use the small refrigerator in your room for personal use (cooling your drinks, storing your own leftover food). If you do use it, they will charge you at least $50 and they will know since each item in the fridge has a sensor. They’re like museum exhibits. Once you move them, you automatically get charged. Even a hotel that’s priced a third of Bellagio provides a small refrigerator in most instances.

Make sure you ask for front tower or the slop you to back Tower overlooking parking garages!

I didn’t like the $600 holding fee they put on my credit card. I didn’t get back $230 in extra “resort fees”

Very nice place to stay. The casino floor was a little smokey but i'm a none smoker so my nose is sensitive.
