The reservation did not appear at the hotel. I called orbitz was on hold for 40 minutes and than hung up on, i called again was on hold for over an hour until finally my phone dieded. The person at the front was tring to charge triple the amount to book a new stay. 4 days later i still have not able to talk to no one at orbtiz

Always stay here when visiting family in laredo. Great hotel and awesome staff

Clerks were careless about complains: - not enough luggage carts : only 1 - smell on rooms: smoking - not shampoo or soap because" there was not any" - breakfast was plain and simple: coffee cold and when asked the clerk he answered : I will change it later, he did not - restrooms dirty - showers with mold - AC not cooling enough

No one available at front desk for about an 8 minute wait at 4.30 p.m. Internet not functioning at all. Light switches in room poorly placed. A/C heater controls don't respond correctly. Everything else OK but way too many issues to recommend.

Great place to stay business, pleasure or just passing by, it's new and very clean

I had neighbors that woke me up at 12:30 am and kept me awake until around 2 am with their talking and yapping dog. You can hear everything going on the the adjacent room. I complained to the staff as I left, but they didn't seem that concerned. They gave me the obligatory, "sorry," but I got the feeling they didn't really care.

THIS IS A REALLY BAD HOTEL TO STAY IN. IT HAD COCROACHES UNDER THE SHEETS . A VERY NASTY SMELL, THE BATHROOM DOOR WOULD NOT CLOSE . WOULD NOT RECOMEND

Went dancing, took my wife shopping g for her birthday and got to spend quality time alone with her. As for the stay at red roof all was good,quiet not too noisy. Saw a buck of empty beer bottles outside on the bench didn't look very good but all in all was a pleasant stay. Thank you

The hotel itself was more than adequate. It's clientele is another manner. Because the guests are so destructive all the walls are painted and repainted in square blocks of unmatching paint. Clean but.... It is an Oil Patch home. Women and children flock to be with dad on the weekend and it is standing room only in the pool. Really loud cajunto music. The hallway is the entrance to the rooms. Crock pots, electric skilets, make for interesting smells. There is no individual outside entrance per room. We heard and saw customers coming and going by parking in the handicap spaces, tapping on window, bending the screen back, window opens, package exchange, and customer drives away from handicapped parking space. We hears tapping all night. The hotel moves the torn screens to 2nd and 3rd floor. New screens on first floor are new but already bent frames and fist-sized holes to pass merchandise. The guests and their customers need to leave. The hotel needs an off-duty policeman on duty, Staff great and rooms adequately cared for. There is no room control of temperature. The knobs are removed from the window a/c unit. Front desk said try wall thermostat. Set on 84 we were only able to bring room temp up to 73. Pretty shockingly cold when it was 105 outside. We loved our visit to Laredo but wish I had spent more to get safety.

I got the room for a friend and i , we needed to get away from our busy life to just relax. The room was great although it didnt get cool enough , the temperature was still good. It had a nice night view of city lights. My over all experience was great. Our stay there was relaxing and felt great the next day , definitely would go again.

I had to stay there while visiting family and it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. The pool was closed because somebody had wrecked it the day before I had checked in but that was not the hotel's fault. The room was clean and quite comfortable. I will definitely be staying there again.

Great stay! I liked the hotel simple, pragmatic, clean looks and lines. Its a bit far from downtown but very quiet so its good to sleep. Smoker friendly hotel thanks God!

My family and I were on a road trip from Chicago to Mexico, we stopped in Laredo for the night, I searched for good deals and cleanliness. Although the hotel was out of the way from where we were hoping to stay, I do not regret staying there because the room and bathroom were both very clean. The only thing i did not like was that a drunk woman was trying to get into our room, then when she realized it was the wrong room, she went to her room and stayed up all night speaking very loudly. We did not report it to management. (our fault).

Great stay! Highly recommend it! They are nice, pet friendly and don't bother unless want to be bothered lol

Hotel has really nice staff always there to help you with any problem. Location oh hotel is near a lot of places, fast food restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores and many more. The room is really nice. We got a king non smoking room. It was clean, it has a desk if you bring a lap top, the bed is huge, the restroom Clean with anything you need, refrigerator, micro and a tv.
